The villa is located in a private residential area and has a magnificent view of the bay of Cavalaire
5 minutes by car from the beach and shops
It is made up of 5 rooms all air conditioned, 4 in the house and 1 in the ground floor studio (fitted out for disabled people if necessary)
A baby cot and a high chair can be provided free of charge (specify when booking).
A large 5-burner barbecue is available.

Cavalaire Sur mere

We had a wonderfull stay in de villa. Enough space for all of us en the house has good facilities. I am in a wheel chair I had no problem to go into the swimmingpool. A tip we would like to give is to create a better shade place on the terrace. Down the hill is a beach its accessible fot people with disabilities. In Cavalaire Sur mer they take people with disabilities into account.

C'était le lieu idéal pour nous: une belle piscine, quelques petites minutes jusqu'à notre plage préférée (Plage du Débarquement, LCV), 15 minutes jusqu'au club de tennis (aussi à LCV)... On a vraiment trÚs bien aimé la maison, ou nous nous sentions comme chez nous. Merci Isabelle et Fabian pour votre hospitalité.

Sehr schöne Villa mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Toller Pool (unbeheizt, im Sommer aber ausreichend warm, in der Nebensaison vielleicht etwas frisch), sehr gut ausgestattete KĂŒche. Etwas wenig Schatten um den Pool. Praktischer "Wintergarten" mit großem Tisch, wenn es mal nicht so warm ist oder der Schirm fĂŒr den Tisch am Pool windbedingt nicht verwendet werden kann.

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© accueillis trĂšs chaleureusement par Fabian et Isabelle. J'ai rĂ©servĂ© cette superbe villa un week-end pour fĂȘter l'anniversaire de mon mari. Nous avions largement de place pour 10 personnes, en effet nous disposions 4 grandes chambres complĂštement rĂ©novĂ©es avec beaucoup de goĂ»t, dans la villa, et d'un studio de plein pied pour 3 couchages. Cette villa est idĂ©alement situĂ© dans un domaine au calme, avec une magnifique vue mer, sur la baie de Cavalaire. Nous avons pu profiter de la vĂ©randa, de la terrasse Ă©quipĂ©e d'un grand barbecue. J'espĂšre pouvoir revenir cet Ă©tĂ© afin avec mes enfants, afin de pouvoir profiter de la belle piscine sĂ©curisĂ©e. Un grand merci Ă  vous deux et Ă  trĂšs bientĂŽt je l'espĂšre. Ana

Nous avons passés des super vacances dans cette belle villa, spacieuse, entiÚrement rénovée avec beaucoup de goût ! Hyper bien équipée, elle est vraiment sympa à vivre. le coin piscine est tres beau, avec un grand barbecue, idéal pour un grand groupe. On y retournera sans hésiter.

La villa est magnifique, entiÚrement rénovée, trÚs bien équipée. La grande terrasse avec piscine est trÚs agréable avec une superbe vue mer. Elle est idéalement située dans un endroit trÚs calme, proche de la mer et des commerces. L'accueil des propriétaires était trÚs chaleureux avec une bouteille de rosé en plus. Why they chose this property

The villa has been a family home for generations. We spent our childhood in the area, and today our kids love to come to the villa ..
Cavalaire is a small town very pleasant to live with a beautiful bay with a large white sand beach.

What makes this property unique

We love our house because we have first of all many childhood memories, but also for its calm (the villa is located in a dead end of a private domain) but also for its proximity to the beach and shops ( we are 5 minutes by car).
All the bedding has been renovated, the furniture as well as the household appliances
