Villa Blanca is a modern luxury villa located in the exclusive residential bay of Cala Santa Cristina, in Blanes, in the heart of the Costa Brava. Built and decorated with high-quality materials, the property stands out for its contemporary design and its spectacular sea views, visible from all rooms of the house.



Villa Layout



At street level, there is a private garage for one car, with the possibility of additional parking on the quiet street in front of the villa.



Ground Floor



The main floor features a bright living room with dining area, along with a fully equipped kitchen. Large sliding doors provide direct access to the outdoor area, where you will find the private infinity pool, surrounded by sun loungers, an outdoor dining table, a chill-out area with parasol, and a barbecue.



The pool features a semi-saltwater system, offering softer, chlorine-free water that helps prevent skin irritation and red eyes.



From the terrace, you can enjoy impressive panoramic views, with the charming Santa Cristina chapel nestled among the pine trees, creating a truly unique setting.



This floor also includes a double bedroom with direct access to the pool area, as well as a full bathroom with shower.

The house has many positives but I felt that it is a little worn down and the design of it could be improved. We felt that the back area and the pool area could easily be connected with a stayrway on the side of the house. The location and the service from Coastalvillas would give the review a five star review but we felt that it was a little worn down and there was a musty smell in the master bedroom. There had obviousely been some water leak there and not been fixed well enough. It is also a minus that the air condition is connected in all the house so each room was not able to have their own heat/cold.

28/06/2019 Nice Villa in a nice area

The Villa was lovely, has a well kitted out kitchen and plenty room for all 9 of us. The pool area was nice for sitting out at and the pool was good (if a little cold, it warmed up nicely after a few days). The bedrooms and bathrooms were all nice and had comfy beds! A great location and felt very safe here with the children. The garage was handy as I hired a bike and it gave me somewhere to store it while not using it. The view is fantastic and Villa is In a superb location for Blanes, Lloreteven further as we had day trips in Barcelona and Girona both within an hours drive. All in all a super villa, location and facilities but maybe not the best for really small childrenbabies? 9/10 for me. We had a couple of problems at the Villa but they were sorted straight away by Coastal Villas. Washing machine broke and they replaced it within a day, no bedding left for cott but again sorted it straight away. The hot water tank ain’t the biggest so we were running out of hot water for showers as there were nine of us ( my family do like particularly hot showers though so this may not be an issue for everyone). We have a 15 month old baby so safety was a bit of a concern as pool was not fenced (used to the USA where it’s common place), also the wire fence around balcony and stairs are not the safest for small children? No stair gates in property either but these are only issues if you have children and led us to having to be extra vigilant when baby was around.

Great location with an awesome view to the coast. Accomodation and especially the bathrooms were very clean. The lounge furniture is a bit worn out and should be exchanged for next summer.

Probleme d’eau chaude....pour deux douches ensuite plus d’eau chaude Cumulus a explosé pendant la nuit.....1 jour sans eaux deux jours bloqués a la maison pendant les réparations Refrigerateur ne ferme pas ....forcé de la calee avec une chaise Piscine pas nickel Mpas de télécommande pour la porte du garage Mal sécurisée.....vol En résumé......tres cher pour ce que c’est A eviter

la villa est tres belle dans un beau quartier acces a la mer tres proche je conseille cette location vous etes intervenu pour panne electrique les escaliers exterieur terrasse et piscine qui ne s eclaire pas...domage pour une villa de ce standing. maison envahie par des fourmis, nous avons du acheter des insecticides. jardin pas entretenu et pas la possibilite d ouvrir electriquement de l exterieur le garage domage et enfin aucune nouvelle de ma caution merci ses elements sont des details pour ameliorer mais pas pour critiquer

The pool area was great and we used it every day. The kitchen was well equipped for all of us staying. A well maintained and lovely villa to stay in. Ants - there was a problem with ants from the moment arrived. We had paid for a cot which wasn't there when we arrived - however, after a phone call one was ped off swiftly. However, it hadn't been cleaned and by that evening was swarming with ants due to crumbs that had been left in by the previous user.
