VILLA LAYOUT



UPPER FLOOR:

The villa is accessed via the upper floor, which features a bright living room with Smart TV and dining area. Through sliding doors, you reach the spacious balcony with an outdoor dining table, BBQ and automatic awning — ideal for al fresco meals with sea views.

Fully equipped kitchen and a separate guest toilet.

On this floor you'll find a double bedroom with an ensuite shower cabin and sink.



LOWER FLOOR

One level down is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with shower), offering direct sea views from the bed.

Second bedroom with two single beds and a third double bedroom with sliding doors leading directly to the pool area.

Second full bathroom (with bathtub).

A laundry room with washing machine and iron is also available.



All bedrooms feature built-in wardrobes and air conditioning for optimal comfort.



OUTDOOR AREA

From the balcony, you can access the garden and private swimming pool (7 x 3,5 meters), surrounded by sun loungers, and a separate chill-out area.

The pool uses a semi-saltwater system, providing soft, chlorine-free water that is gentle on the skin and eyes.



The villa is also equipped with central heating, perfect for stays during the low season.



LOCATION

The beaches of Cala Santa Cristina and Cala Treumal are just 400 meters away, approximately a 15-minute walk or 2-minute drive.

There is private outdoor parking for 1 car, with additional parking available on the quiet street in front of the villa.
