About this property

Located in one of the most exclusive residences of Limassol, the Opera Residence. The residence offers facilities of a hotel such as spa, gym, pool, 24/7 security and the privacy of an independent apartment. The studio apartment has an enormous balcony overlooking the pool and the gardens of the complex, it is fully air-conditioned, fully equipped and has fast Wifi. The complex has direct access to the beach and only meters away from shops, restaurants, bars etc.

BALCONY: Large balcony opening from one side of the apartment to the other, offers wonderful views of the swimming pool and the complex gardens. The balcony is fully furnished.

BEDROOM AREA: The bedroom area of the apartment has mattress & pillow protectors, pillows and large wardrobes.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped - including fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hood, hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine. Breakfast bar with stools.

BATHROOM: Shower and hot water available. High water pressure.

LAUNDRY: Washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothes drying rack.

TV: 42 inches TV.

WIFI: Fast WiFi throughout the apartment indoor / outdoor areas. The WiFi is steady and fast and its a private connection solely for the apartment use - no other apartments on the building share this connection. It is possible to connect your laptop or desktop using a broadband cable if you wish (not provided).

UNIQUE FEATURES: Spacious studio with large balcony and underground parking. Complex directly on the beach. Gated residential complex with a large common swimming pool, a spa with jacuzzi, steam room and sauna, a gym, an outdoor children's playground and 24/7 security. All these facilities are available to be used by our guests.

OTHER: A daily electricity allowance of 10 kWh is included; if the allowance is exceeded, an additional charge of €0.40 per kWh will be applied. Meter readings are taken on both arrival and departure days.

Wunderschöne moderne Objekte und Einrichtung

Wunderschöne moderne Objekte und Einrichtung mit ganz viele grüne Pflanzen, große Balkon und alles was mann in Ferienwohnung braucht Super nette Personal und sehr gute Kommunikation mit Agenten. Einzige was hier fällt ist schöne strand...Strände in Umgebung sehr dreckig und mann badet praktisch in Fäkalien die ständig und offensichtlich ins Meer überhäuft...schade wenn so einen schönen Objekt keine Zugang zur schöne Strände hat. Es ist mehr geeignet für Wohngebiet als für Tourismus. Wir waren immer auf Noa Strand, 2 km entfernt und mit dem Bus 23 km entfernt Governor's beach...atemberaubende weisse Felsen.
