5 (five) day minimum stay. Immaculate Beach villa on beautiful Crescent Beach on #1 rated Siesta Key, Sarasota, Fl. Fully equipped eat in kitchen with new granite and stainless steel appliances. Large open kitchen to living room with leather sectional. Large flat screen tv and DVD.
2 New tiled and granite bathrooms (walk in showers). Master bedroom with king bed, flat screen tv and dressing table. Guest bedroom has twin beds and tv. We have a portable inflatable queen bed to sleep a total of 6 people. Beach toys, beach chairs and beach cart for guest's convenience. Relax or eat on your private lanai. Huge heated pool with umbrella tables and game room with pool and ping pong. Laundry just steps away. There is no bad weather month to visit here!!! Free beach ride on Siesta Key to shopping and restaurants. Leave all your cares behind ! Paradise awaits you!!!

Visited Siesta Key first in 1975. Owners live in Indiana and vacation at the Casablanca in the spring and fall. We have enjoyed many years with our family on Siesta Key. It is safe, quiet and a beautiful beach. The restaurants here are great and Sarasota offers everything for a great vacation.
Why they chose this property
We have renovated the unit. It has a new kitchen, new tiled bathrooms with walk in showers. It has everything a family would want and more. It is just one villa from the pool and steps away from the beach. The sunsets on the beach are magnificent!! Let us know just what your needs are and we will accommodate. Rentals are in the area for jet skis, pontoon boats, paddleboards, umbrellas, baby strollers, baby beds. We can tell you where you can find SHARKS teeth at a nearby beach. Let us know how we can help you plan your vacation.
What makes this property unique
We have had many compliments about our new renovations. It is beautiful but homey. We even have a clothes line for hanging your wet bathing suits!! Because we have been coming here for so many years we can direct you to wherever you want to go. Your family's best vacation ever and the Best Beach in Florida could be just a click away.
