This amazing recently updated and newly refurbished 2 bedroom apartment & a den, 2 beautifully remodeled baths, ,1 King bed + 2 Twins + 1 Queen 1,200 sq/ft. suite on second level with two private patio's and partial Gulf view from the 3rd additional room.

Apartment is not suitable for families with small "active" children. Please look for the below apartment named "Island Suite" property ID: 1273894 which is "perfect" for young families. Thank you for understanding. :)

All bedding is hyper-allergenic, no feathers!
Also, all apartments have been repainted and updated 2020-2021.
Our apartments are fully furnished and equipped including washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves, and 2 flat screen TV's (YouTube.)
Our mini resort named Gumbo Limbo offers 2 large duplexes and a black bottom waterfall pool with lounges and a BBQ area. The pool is shared between our 2 duplexes only.
Free parking (2 cars max.) on-site, beach chairs, sun umbrellas and pool / sand toys are being offered complimentary.
Free WiFi, 5G, AC can be set as low as F73
Not pet friendly.

During high season (February - end of April ) we rent from Saturday - Saturday exclusively.

Nice place and great location

Key West Suite worked for us, but there were a couple things that we thought could be improved. The 3rd bedroom off the kitchen needs a door, room dividers or a curtain to shut it off from the rest of the suite. We were a family of 6, and the 4 of us on the other side couldn’t really do anything in the kitchen or family room area in the morning for fear of waking the others up. The pool didn’t have much sun, which may have been the time of year, and it was chilly so we didn’t get in it. The location was perfect, the check-in was easy, and staff was very friendly.

Location was great but need updates

First let me focus on the positive. The location was perfect and right across the street from the beach. Very walkable to the little village. Property was clean and the pool was gorgeous. Bathrooms were great but both showers grout needs to be cleaned and the showers need to be recaulked and diverters replaced. I felt as though one of them could’ve fallen off in my hand. The kitchen was adequate and clean but needs some additional items including a paper towel rack, a Keurig coffee maker. many of the VRBO/houses that we rent are better equipped and I was disappointed that this wasn’t the case in this unit. There were spices in the cabinet but there wasn’t even salt! I recommend adding some Ziploc bags and foil if need to wrap food products. I personally don’t like not being able to adjust the air/heat but I recognize there’s nothing that can be done about that. Overall it was a pleasant trip but I do think some upgrades need to be done.

Perfect Location Great Annemities

Location is literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. Private pool was great for the kids. The weather did not cooperate, but we still enjoyed the stay. The property managers were very accommodating and flexible. We experienced an issue with the entry door and a ceiling fan Christmas Eve; the door was fixed within an hour of having reported it and the ceiling fan was replaced with a new fan shortly after. Highly recommend this rental.
