Located in the historic heart of Ortigia on Via Dione, just steps from the Temple of Apollo, this beautifully renovated apartment offers an ideal solution for families and groups. The property is located on the first floor of a charming historic building, accessible by elevator or ancient stone stairs. The entire apartment is designed for comfort and accessibility. The apartment is spread over two levels: on the first level, you'll find a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals, a versatile double bedroom that can be configured with two single beds upon request, and a bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. The second level features a second double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a convenient laundry area. The highlight is the small panoramic terrace, accessible via internal stairs, a private space where you can relax while admiring the view of the city's rooftops. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a TV for your entertainment.



Guest Access:

The Neighborhood:

Dione Design Apartments is located within the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone). For your convenience, we recommend parking at the nearby Talete Parking lot, easily accessible by following the road signs without crossing the ZTL.

The property is located a short distance from public parking lots, such as Talete Parking. The area is well served by buses connecting to various parts of the city and major tourist attractions. Syracuse train station is easily accessible, offering connections to other cities in Sicily. The closest airport is Catania-Fontanarossa Airport, about an hour's drive away.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that this property is managed by Dimore in Sicily, which requires the signing of a rental agreement pursuant to Articles 1571 et seq. of the Italian Civil Code. This includes registration of the documents required for issuing the invoice. These documents are used exclusively to fulfill tax and public safety obligations, as required by Italian law. A 4.0% tourist tax per person, per night, is payable upon check-in, for a minimum of 1 night and a maximum of 7 nights. A security deposit is also required to cover any damage to the apartment.
