This new 1 bedroom penthouse is stunning. Set right on the beach in Casares this spacious penthouse has beautiful furnishings, an enormous terrace and additional roof terrace with seating and dining area. The lower terrace has amazing views up and down the coast as well as of the pool and gardens and over to Africa and Gibraltar. Beautiful terrace furniture including dining and seating area as well as a large built in BBQ and even an elevated Hot Tub where you can enjoy a cocktail and coastal views.



The interior of the property includes a good size lounge and dining area, with sofa bed in cream leather, large flat screen TV, and access to the main terrace. There is a modern, fully fitted kitchen and the bedroom has double bed, with fitted wardrobes and a full bathroom with large walk in shower, hair dryer and straighteners! The property benefits from hot and cold A/C throughout and free WiFi. Two Parking spaces in the underground secure garage and Pets are welcome.

Winter is the best time to go

Loved the terrace, it was so large and, the view was great. The promenade and beach were in front of us and easy to get to. There were covered walkways where I could get my exercise when it rained. The main road (beside us) was a bit noisy, but we got used to it. The spa was the icing on the cake. Winter is a great time to stay ... not so much traffic. Will certainly recommend to my friends.

V nice apartment with a great view from the terrace. However, overall we found the standard to be less premium than our previous stays at similar priced and rated accommodations. "A very unloved apartment". The terrace was dirty and stained with old food /drink spills & had clearly not been swept or washed down for quite some time. The terrace furniture had insufficient seating cushions so we were constantly moving one seat pad from sofa to chair, the cushions that were present were in desperate need of replacement.Only one bath towel per person provided for the week & no pool towels ; 6 hand towels so perhaps a couple of bath towels missing over the summer. The shower screen seal had failed which meant water flooded out on use. Sadly we would not choose to stay in this particular accommodation again.

Lage der Wohnung ist schön mit dem Blick auf das Meer.Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist ok, leider mit deutlichen Gebrauchsspuren und Abnutzungserscheinungen (Laken, Wände,weiße Sessel..). Was wirklich nervt, ist der ständige Autolärm von der direkt angrenzenden A7. Bei offenem Fenster schlafen oder entspannt auf der Riesenterrasse sitzen ist wie Urlaub auf dem Rastplatz.Das ist wirklich schade und auch definitiv nicht Wind abhängig. Da gibt es deutliche Minuspunkte, zumal in der Anzeige hierüber nichts zu lesen ist.

Fabulous roof terrace

The apartment was great with the outside space making it extra special. The complex had lovely grounds to walk in and was directly on the beach path. Unfortunately one of the pools was under maintenance and the through no fault of anyones Corona Virus struck so the other pool in the second week of our stay was closed for health reasons. The apartment has a jacuzzi which is an added bonus but at the time of our stay was extremely noisy as the jets kept kicking in even though we turned the temperature down as advised. If you are thinking about a nice property in a lovely complex this apartment is for you.
