Villa Can Sunyer.Ibiza.

Beautiful 5 bedroom villa with views of Las Salines. Inside, we find a large dining room decorated in Ibiza style, with fireplace and very comfortable living room. Large and modern kitchen equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave. The house has two heights and we find 2 rooms on the ground floor with bathroom. And on the upper floor another 3 rooms, with another very spacious bathroom. Outside, there are two terrace areas facing the pool with a table to eat and sea views. The pool of 5 × 6 meters, with maintenance service and renovated. Equipped with hammocks for sunbathing. Next to the pool we have a barbecue area ideal for magnificent meetings and leisure afternoons. The house is fenced and is safe, has 80,000 m2 of plot and field of cultivation. Independent entrance and covered outdoor parking for 2 vehicles. Privileged situation only 3 km5 from Sant Jordi, where you can find supermarkets, gas station and pharmacy. 5 km from the city of Ibiza.

Summer Ibiza trip

Had the best trip ever at this property. The villa was absolutely stunning and so clean. David the host was very facilitating. I 100% recommend staying here! We had a big group of 7 and it slept all of us comfortably WITH air con!!! The outside lighting and dining table was so beautiful. I would like to go back there right now!! Thank you David for letting us stay at your beautiful villa :) xxxxxxxx
