Cal Xinco - Rural House
Village house with 4 rooms with double bed and private bathroom with shower. Possibility of putting extra beds in all rooms.
Capacity 8-12 people.
All common spaces are located on the ground floor: the hall, a work of art to welcome you; the kitchen, fully equipped; the dining room, a large and warm space where to meet, relax and enjoy meals with the best company; the laundry, with the washing machine and the dryer; and a shared bathroom designed also for the smallest of the house.
On the ground floor you will also find the entrance to the winery, fully restored, and access to the garden, with the pool and barbecue area. From the garden you can access the terrace (50 m2), partially covered and with a relaxation area where you can enjoy long moments of tranquility.
On the first floor there are two rooms, and on the second floor are the other two, all fully furnished and with private bathroom.
