Beautifully furnished two bedroom on second floor with two full baths. Vaulted ceilings. Great cabinets and appliances. Very guest friendly furniture. King in Master BR - Two Fulls in Guest BR - Queen Sofa Sleeper.Washer and Dryer on patio. Wi-Fi Internet Provided
Located in Destin along Florida’s Emerald Coast, Chateau La Mer II is a beautifully landscaped, family-friendly complex situated in its own private community just off the popular Scenic Highway 98. We are only a short walk away from Destin's famous “sugar sand” on our Private Beach along the Emerald Coast.
After a fun day of exploring you can take a relaxing stroll to some of our local restaurants. Or you can enjoy outdoor grilling on one of the many community outdoor grills available in our picnic area with additional grills located around the complex. Destin has is all!  Arts & Culture, Fine Dining, Sports Adventures, Shopping and Spas are all available in the area. Several restaurants are within walking distance. Multiple Outlet Shopping Malls are minutes away. There is something for every member of the family, no matter what age.

This property is NOT available to parties of adults under age 25.

Snowbird Season runs from November thru March. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $100 cleaning fee. March rentals are from the 1st to the last Saturday of March.

Amazing Vacation Spot!

We were so very pleased with our stay at the Chateau La Mer II!! The unit was very clean and ready for our stay. Our young girls were in awe of the rooms and how much space there was for all 5 of us. It was fully furnished with everything we needed for our stay. The short walk to the beach was perfect and we appreciated having private access. Definitely recommend!!

First Family Vacation

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. It was a close walk to the beach with a nice private access and no need to worry about driving or parking anywhere. The pool was clean and the kids loved swimming there when we needed a break from the beach. The apartment itself was clean and met all our needs for a five day stay. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and supplies for us to cook many meals for our stay. It is definitely a place I would stay at again.

Absolutely loved it. Chateau was everything we expected, close to private beach, close to pool. Washer/dryer was nice to have as well as all essential cooking equipment. No bugs, clean and relaxing! Will come again!

Great vacation spot

This was our first time to Destin & we had a great week. Our condo was perfect, located directly across from the pool. It was about a 5-7 minute walk to the beach. Near some restaurants but were more on the higher end pricing. The staff was great & gave us information about the area of what to do. We did a snorkel/dolphin tour at the harbor which we enjoyed. The beds were very comfortable, we did not use the couch pull out. It was great have laundry to wash towels in between & to sit on the balcony at night. We did rent bikes which they deliver to you & pick up which is convenient. Golf carts are about $800 for the week. I highly recommend this condo. If you have smaller kids make sure you bring beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc as those are not provided.

Peaceful Paradise

It was cozy and at the same time room enough for all 6 of us. Was a short walk to beach but coming back to a smaller peaceful place was worth it. I usually stay on the beach in high rises and it was nice to not be in the hustle and bustle of 18 floors and chaotic elevators.
