About this property

Super Summer July-October Special 15% OFF Daily Rate!

We are located at the Pelican Beach Resort in the Heart of Destin. Directly across the street from the Big Kahuna Water Park. Enjoy all 4 Pools in our resort The newest Zero entry pool opened in 2021 located next the beach. Our condo is on the 8th floor in the Terrace Building with awesome views of the Gulf and Harbor. Our building is Beach side which means it does not sit directly on the beach. It is a short 3 minute walk across the parking lot to the sand. No streets or Bridges to cross.
Close to restaurants, the grocery store , and shopping. We are a short walk down the beach to the Back Porch Restaurant which sits right on the beach and has great food for the whole family. the Mellow Mushroom is right next door and is known for their Great Pizza.

Why they chose this property

We fell in Love with the Pelican Beach Resort several years ago when we stayed in my Friends condo on the 7th floor. We decided to buy here in 2007 and we come down several times a year to make sure the condo is in great condition.The view is incredible and the property is well kept.
