It has a swimming pool, a hammock and a garden area with lawn and fruit trees for sunbathing and resting. Good morning you can see the island of Formentera from the house.
The location of the house is one of its many strengths since it is 6 minutes to the city of Ibiza by car, the beach of Salinas 10 minutes. It has supermarkets and restaurants 5 minutes away. Like Blue Marlin, k5, Sa Caleta Beach and its famous restaurant less than 6 minutes away by car.
The house has fiber optic wifi. Air conditioners in the living room and the main room.
