Beachfront 2 BR/2 BA Sleeps 4-6, Beachfront Pool, Free Wi-Fi Owner's Special

Our newly updated vacation home is located right on the beach on South Padre Island. You can relax and have a panoramic view of the ocean from the kitchen, dining room, living room and the balcony. The condo has a pool right on the beach. There are plenty of chairs for lying out in the sun. There are only 14 units in this building, so you are sharing this area with only a few others.

Living Room is spacious and very comfortable. Just right for reading, relaxing, television or just watching the ocean.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities. Plus we have also supplied a George Foreman grill for your grilling pleasure. The kitchen is an open concept and opens into the dining and living room. Kitchen features Culligan water filtration system.

The Master Bedroom has a Queen size bed, television, large closet, and chest of drawers. There is a large balcony off the Master Bedroom that over looks beach, great for early morning coffee or to watch sunrise.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed, large closet, and chest of drawers. Each bedroom has it’s own private bathroom.

Additional sleeping space is provided in the living room. We have an air mattress.

There is a washer and dryer conveniently located inside the condo.

We love South Padre Island and our Home by the Sea. We hope that you will too. Please come for a visit and return as often as you like.

Perfect for a beach vacation

Easy to access. Condo has everything you need for the beach. So nice to not have to bring all the things. Wagon, chairs, umbrella, sand toys, boogie boards etc all provided.

Quick getaway

Criss the property manager was AMAZING! She made sure everything went well and was available at anytime! This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here, and it’s always a great and relaxing time. Looking forward to staying again!

Everything you need and more!

My children and I came to stay for my birthday weekend. We arrived to a clean and cool place. The beds and pillows are so comfortable it made it hard to even want to get up in the morning! We were so happily surprised that the host provided chairs and umbrellas for the beach! All the appliances work wonderfully and the view is just the best! Will definitely plan another stay soon!

Perfect beach getaway

This was our second time staying here and we absolutely love it. Clean and convenient, my entire family loves the space and the view! We love watching the sunrise and the perfect location such a short walk to the beach. A short drive to all the good restaurants, and enjoyed a few sunsets on the bayside.

The stay was great. The only complaint I had is the electricity went out for 10 hours, and when it came back on the refrigerator didn’t restart on its own you had to push another power button so most of our food went bad.

Location and property were wonderful. Very happy with everything in the condo. Had a little trouble with a bathroom sliding door and it was hard to get management or owner to respond. It was all fine and got it worked out other than that. Wonderful beautiful spot. Very nice condo!

Best view from balcony!!!!

Great views and very nice condo.Best parking spot inside condo. Great kitchen, bathrooms and sliding glass doors that work. the view and beach are there in front of you. Will rent again!

Property is setup good for 2 couples and the location on the beachfront is great. Unfortunately, it was not very clean and the supplies provided were sparse. Toilet paper, laundry detergent, considering they asked us to clean towels before we left. Dryer did not work.

Location to everything was excellent. The elevator stopped working the night before we were to leave. They had it up & running by the next morning & that was on a Saturday night. Excellent Service!! We would definitely stay with them again.

Nice condo with sone flaws like quite worn mattress in master bedroom and loose toilet seat in hall bathroom. Everything else is very good like spacious rooms and nice pool area.

Great View

Had to wait 1.5 hours after check in to get into the condo. Heard from the manager to say since there were back to back rental the clean up was ready. Never got the apartment info, room number or door code. Contacted VRBO for help and they assisted us. Glad the cleaning lady was still there so I was able to get the door code. The place was great, clean and the location and view were outstanding. Management needs to post information like what the back gate code to the beach is, what they want you to do on check out.

Great condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo over Veteran’s Day weekend! We come to the island at least once a year, and really enjoy the relaxed vibe of the off season. This condo is definitely older, but with recent renovations that make it comfortable and cute. The location is great and the views are top notch. Our 13 year old daughter and her friend spent a lot of time in the heated pool and hot tub during our stay. Our only complaint would be parking. My husband’s F150 was very difficult to maneuver in the tiny garage space. We would never be able to park here in the summer when it’s busy and the other spots are full. Overall great and would definitely return to this unit!

We had a great time on the island over Easter. The condo was just as pictured and it was very nice. Spotless actually! We could not have asked for a better view or weather. The beach cady worked out well. We liked the covered parking. The structure itself is old and needs some updating and new life especially around the pool. There was updating of the structure to our south but the building is pretty sound proof so the sand blasting really did not affect our stay. The only suggestion I might have is to pack some washcloths as the very few provided in the home were of very poor quality and were like sandpaper. I would stay here again and would recommend this condo. We have been to the island many times and this has been our favorite place to stay so far!

Hidden fees that were not explained. Did NOT disclose planned maintenance construction.

There was planned maintenance construction that created noise(could be heard even when on the beach), obstacles of access to the beach, no use of hot tub, and pool access only on our last day. We also were charged $400 in the host fees that were never explained! We are developers and property managers ourselves; this was just horrible for them not to communicate any of this with us! Extremely disappointing!
