My wife and I have been serving in the military for the past 11 years. We frequently come down to Florida with our children to visit family members. For this reason, we do not rent out our property to a regular tenant. Instead, VRBO has given us the opportunity to share our property with you.
My parents, siblings, and I have lived in this property since 1990. We were first staying as tenants, but my parents ended up loving the property so my mother bought it. I recently purchased the property from my mother to use as a vacation home. Since we currently live out of state, My parents manage the VRBO property for us. They currently live next door to the property and are available if any needs arise.
We hope that you chose our property as your home away from home so that you can experience the same joys I had growing up in this great neighborhood that is located close to everything! We really hope you enjoy your stay as much as we have enjoyed living in this home.

Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is very quiet, only 2 miles from the beach, 10 min drive to downtown, 20 mind drive to the airport, and 2 miles from the I-95. Really great location. 2 Major hospitals only 5mins away.
What makes this property unique
My parents the whole backyard as their own personal Beautiful garden in the backyard with mango trees, papaya trees, tomatoes, basil, 50+ medicinal plants, and all natural aquaculture system growing tilapia, chickens and rabbits. Its truly an Urban Tropical Oasis in their backyard constantly improving.
