Located close to downtown Fort Lauderdale, you’ll have easy access to beaches, dining, and attractions. Plus, we provide a special welcome kit with essentials to make your stay even more comfortable. Ideal for families, friends, or anyone looking to experience the best of the area. Make yourself at home and enjoy a memorable stay!

This listing is for one unit of a duplex. You’ll have a private 3-bedroom, 2-bath space all to yourself, with separate entry and amenities. Please note that another unit is also available, and each unit is completely independent for your privacy and comfort

Living Room: Spacious and inviting, with comfortable seating and a smart TV. Perfect for relaxing or gathering after a day of exploring Fort Lauderdale. Board Games included!

Kitchen: FULLY equipped with modern appliances, cookware, utensils, coffee bar and ice maker. Whether it’s a quick snack or a full meal, you’ll find everything you need. Repellent and Fly Fan located in cabinet below kitchen sink.

Primary Bedroom: Features a cozy king bed, Two ample closets, and soft linens, offering a restful retreat.
* Portable Play yard crib available

Second and Third Bedrooms: Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements and storage. Second room features a queen bed, and third room two twin beds

Bathrooms: Both bathrooms are clean and modern, stocked with essentials and fresh towels for your convenience.
* Welcome Kit includes: cotton swabs, cotton rounds dental flossers, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash

Laundry Room: A dedicated Laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for your convenience.

Clean and excellent host

My two-night stay at this VRBO was fantastic. The place was sparkling clean and comfortable, making it a relaxing getaway. The host was truly exceptional, always quick to respond and address any questions I had. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a great experience.

Modern but uncomfortable

Arrived early and host gave us access to the patio. We were let in early after cleaning was completed. Very Modern upper level location. Would have been nice to have a backyard table or chairs on the front porch. No comfortable place to sit. Beds were cheap and uncomfortable. Bare basics, only one towel and washcloth per person. No beach towels. Had a porta crib but I wouldn’t want to take children here. Not a very nice neighborhood.

Hi Dawn, thanks for your review. However, I am surprised by it. You guys gave me the impression you had enjoyed your stay, specially when I gave you guys access to the the premises way before check in time. Regarding the patio, i appreciate the feedback and we are in the process of upgrading the outdoor space. Some pasts guests have broken some of the furniture. Regarding the towels, altough you guys were 4 people, we left sets for 6 people and also left laundry pods for you guys to wash them if needed. We decided not to provide beach towels anymore (you can see that on the listing) as past guests have lost them. We have had hundreds of bookings and they all have enjoyed the beds, I am not very sure about the uncomfortable aspect. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. There is an excop living next door and the fact that there is a school in front, there is police presence regularly. I havent had any security and safeness issues, therefore your affirmation is not accurate. Once again, thanks for your review, although I think it is unfair and not 100% accurate. There is always space to improve of course, but your review hurts our future bookings as it was very harsh. We have put a lot of love and time into it. I also think you didnt appreciate the fact I let you guys be in the premises at 11am, before check in time 3pm, to give you guys a hand with the luggage.
