The port is 1 minute walk, scarce 50 meters and the area of bars, cider houses and restaurants.
Apartment renovated in 2019, offers a large sunny terrace with a retractable awning, south facing, a fully equipped kitchen with large fridge, induction hob, microwave, full utensils. Living room with TV and convertible sofa in 135 bed, 1 bedroom with TV and 135 viscoelastic mattress, and 1 bathroom with large shower.
Parking:
Public parking in underlying streets and parking of about 160 free places El Sablon beach at 100 meters.
Possibility of private garage, in Celso Amieva street, about 500 meters from El Sablón beach, cost € 6 per day, € 40 per week.
