Enjoyed our stay for 8 days. Close to the main stores and restaurants but far enough to be quite. They brought clean towels and emptied our trash daily. Townhouse was just right for my wife and I with plenty of room. Laurie and Julie were very helpful and had their office right across from the rental.

If you’re looking for a place to sleep after a long day at the park this will be sufficient. Things to be aware of: Its very outdated. No USB plugs next to the beds. No roku/fire tv. Just cable and a DVD player with no provided DVDs. No blackout curtains on the windows so natural light wakes you up in the morning if you like that. The check in process is just like a hotel there is an office and the cleaning staff will clean the room while you’re away just like a hotel. Unlike a hotel, you don’t have an option to decline cleaning. There isn’t any signage for the door to decline cleaning services. The protocol is just to keep interior doors closed for rooms you don’t want cleaned. I found this odd because when you book a condo like this it’s supposed to feel like a private home away from home not a hotel.

The vast majority of our guests utilize our keyless entry codes to head straight to their cabins. We do not do full daily room cleanings while you are out, and the housekeeping protocol mentioned in this review is not something we practice. We focus our updates on guest comfort and high-quality amenities, including brand new beds, bedding, and couches, alongside DirecTV and the fastest internet available in town. We intentionally choose to provide traditional window blinds and standard wall outlets, and we outline all cabin amenities in detail prior to arrival so guests know exactly what to expect. While we do have an onsite office just steps away for any guest needs, our goal is always to provide a private, authentic home away from home. We appreciate the feedback.

We were very happy with our stay, which we enjoyed for touring in and out of Yellowstone through the west entrance. Communications were outstanding as we arrived late, but were able to gain access easily and then experienced a comfortable, well-maintained home with all the amenities and easy walking distance in and around town. We'd stay here again!

Great location for visiting Yellowstone NP. Very comfortable and clean.

Easy access to many of Yellowstone’s things to see. Close to the town square for groceries and eating places. Stop at the Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center to see and hear discourses about local wildlife.

We are in a quiet residential area just 6 blocks from the West Entrance to Yellowstone National Park and within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, a Giant Screen Theatre, the Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center, and the Yellowstone Historic Center. We have two in-town grocery stores that have most of what you’ll need. We offer clean quality lodging to friends, families, and small groups traveling together visiting Yellowstone National Park and the greater Yellowstone area. We try our best to exceed your expectations!

Why they chose this property

Of the 5 towns located just outside Yellowstone National Park, West Yellowstone, Montana, is the most centrally located for touring the park. We are just a one hour drive to Old Faithful Village and one and a half hour drive to the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone. Yellowstone's boundary sits at the east side of town and we are surrounded by national forest on the other three sides. In winter, you can cross country ski or snowmobile right from town to several of the national forest trail systems. We are also close to several area rivers where you can fly fish or go white water rafting.
