Amazing days

wonderful company vacation, the property was exactly what we were looking for, everything was perfect, we were a group of 22 people, and everything was perfect, the host Susana made us feel very comfortable, we will definitely do it again!!!!

Spacious and quiet property near Palmela

We were a group of 12. The house had plenty of space and rooms available. Everything was made easy and available for us on arrival. The property was also very clean and all announced amenities were available and working properly. Overall a very relaxing and easygoing experience.

A Home full of options

We loved our stay at Susana's house. We took every age to the house with a mix of 4 families and there was something to do for everyone. The 2 pools are excellent. We filled the Hot tub on day 1 and after that used it most days (we added a quarter of a pool cube to keep the waster clean). The house was super clean when we arrived. And we just kept exploring and finding more and more rooms. Outside of the main house there a a very large annex with 3 rooms/apartment's. One double room with a sofa bed room also. And two 2 bedroom apartments with (double bed room and 2 singles) in each. These were super quiet and accessible all with showers. Additionally there is a Room with 2 toilets next to the pool for daytime pool usage. Inside the house the downstairs has loads of bedrooms all with a shared bathroom. There is a large room off the Kitchen/Pool room which we have 3 boys in. The upstairs is an amazing space aimed towards kids, but this in one of the only areas without air conditioning. However there is 2 great balconies and 2 large sofa beds along side a big double room and fill bathroom. A few things to note. This house felt like a home. We felt like we were trusted in someone's house so we treated it with respect, however you need to have some leeway with everything. A little bit of work and you can use everything on the house. The BBQ/Grill was the best way to cook for 15 and charcoal was readily available at every shop. It's a bit remote. But we loved that.

Casa com pouca higiene, muitas formigas e baratas. Produto de formigas espalhado pelos moveis da cozinha, o que foi complicado gerir as crianças para não abriram os armários. Nas casas de banho muitas delas não tinha agua suficiente para tomar banho e deitar o autoclismo. Casa com muito potencial e muitas actividades mas, muito pouco cuidada para receber hospedes. Quanto ao anfitrião, muito simpático e sempre prestável.

Muito bonita a casa e a estadia

A estadia foi bonita, a Susana e uma querida e recebeu-nos muito bem. A casa e muito grande e estivemos ao todo 18 pessoas incluindo duas crianças de 2 e 5 anos. Ha escorrega, baloiços . cama elastica, tartarugas. Para os adultos jogos de tabuleiro, matraquilhos, mesa de ping pong e snocker. A zona exterior de refeições tem uma mesa enorme que da para ficarmos todos e ainda assim ocupamos so metade da mesma. Quando precisamos de comunicar com a Susana fomos imediatamente atendidos, ou por ela ou um familiar. Tem tambem jacuzzi que foi usado pois embora seja verao apanhamos frio e chuva. As duas piscinas de crianças e a maior ficam para utilizar na proxima estadia, pois desta fez so deu para as experimentar um dia. Excelente lugar para uma familia grande como a nossa onde podemos juntar três gerações, Grata Susana e até À proxima.

Ficamos, alojados apenas para o fim de semana, e apesar de nos dias anteriores haver chuvas e ventos fortes, de sexta a domingo foi possivel aproveitar ainda um pouco. A casa estava um pouco inundada, por causa das tempestades do dia anterior mas foi tudo organizado a tempo. Decerteza que vamos voltar, mas da proxima vez no verão para aproveitar ao maximo

La maison est très bien il y a beaucoup de couchages et beaucoup d’installations pour passer un bon séjour (ping pong, billard, baby foot, terrain de foot, trampoline..) une piscine patogoire un spa juste super!! Les quelques petits truc à améliorer: structures extérieures défectueuses (balançoire cassées, filet de badminton cassé) énormément de Fourmies dans toute la maison les toilettes en semi broyeurs (pas de papier dans les toilettes) pas très hygiénique et surtout odeur horrible ! Rideau déchirés, attaches volets cassé pleins de petits désagrément facile à améliorer. Hôte sympathique qui réponds rapidement

La maison a beaucoup de potentiel mais malheureusement beaucoup de choses ne fonctionnent pas

Tout d’abord, je dois dire que nous avons passé un très bon séjour et que cette maison est idéale pour un groupe d’amis. La maison est très grande, propre, avec de nombreuses chambres, de grands espaces extérieurs, une très grande piscine, etc. Les commentaires qui suivent ne remettent pas en cause la qualité de notre séjour. Cependant, au fur et à mesure, nous nous sommes rendus compte que de nombreuses choses ne fonctionnaient pas. Le jaccuzzi est détérioré et ne chauffe pas, le baby foot est inutilisable, le billard est en mauvais état, le débit d’eau des douches est très, très mince, etc. Sans compter que lors de notre séjour, les salles de bain de la maison principale n’avaient pas d’eau chaude. L’hôte nous avait assuré que cela serait réparé au milieu de notre séjour, mais cela n’a jamais été fait. Si nous avons été compréhensif au début, car nous pouvions toujours utiliser les salles de bain de la maison annexe, nous avons ensuite été très mécontents de cette situation. L’eau chaude est un élément essentiel et un réparateur aurait dû être envoyé dès le premier jour ouvrable. Concernant le jaccuzzi, lorsque nous sommes arrivés, celui-ci était vide. L’hôte nous a expliqué que nous devions le remplir nous-même, et qu’elle nous enverrait les instructions. Les instructions nous ont été envoyées en portugais, alors que l’hôte communiquait avec nous en anglais. Bien que nous ayons suivi les instructions, l’eau n’a jamais chauffé. En réalité, le jaccuzzi était détérioré: les coussins des sièges ne tenaient plus, l’écran lumineux présentait un affichage défectueux, etc. En vérifiant les commentaires de la maison sur Google, nous avons constaté que d’autres personnes ont indiqué que le jaccuzzi ne fonctionnait pas. Pour conclure, nous avons tout de même passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison, mais nous regrettons que de nombreuses choses présentes sur le papier n’étaient en fait pas utilisables. Cette maison a beaucoup de potentiel et avec quelques réparations, celle-ci serait parfaite.

Casa com muito entretenimento, junto a uma pecuária

No global a experiência foi boa. A propriedade é grande e há um esforço para ir melhorando. O pior ponto não está relacionado diretamente com o imóvel mas afecta de forma significativa a experiência. Há com alguma frequência um cheiro intenso a estrume difícil de suportar. Para além disso, muitas moscas sempre presentes. Quanto à casa em si, é antiga, e apesar das melhorias que vão fazendo, tem muito para melhorar. Um dos pontos piores é a falta de pressão de água. Há também maçanetas soltas e quartos impossíveis de escurecer. Isto para além da falta de AC em algumas divisões com já consta na descrição.
