Welcome to our Modern Beach Condo! You will love this spectacular ocean front condo in phase 2, Coronado Building with magnificent sunset views over the gorgeous Sea of Cortez! Modern Beach Condo has a sophisticated yet comfortable decor Including a 2-person day bed on the spacious patio overlooking the Sea of Cortez, perfect for watching sunsets followed by star filled skies! Also ,in addition to the 2 bedrooms, there are 2 sofa beds in the living room, 1 queen, and 1 full. When you are not enjoying the outdoor activities, We have a great selection of board games ( Mexican train is a real favorite!), and cards.

Las Palomas is simply amazingl with a lazy river, negative edge pool, swim up bar, Jacuzzis, Sandy Beach and the beautiful Sea of Cortez with its magnificent tide changes!

paradise!

Very clean, cute, modern and furnished nicely. Loved the double lounger on the patio to listen to the waves and the live entertainment at the swim up bar. Great resort with good food, fun cooking classes and many pools.

Amazing stay!

We came here with our 3 year old twins and 11 year old. It was the perfect setup for our family. This was a very clean and organized condo with every thing we needed, we will be back :)

Great Stay!

Great place! My teenage boys and I loved all of the space. Kitchen was well stocked and the view was spectacular. Loved drinking my coffee on the patio daybed in the mornings. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo, super clean & spacious

Great condo, and has everything you need and then-some.. the 1 thing I would recommend the owners add is a towel rack and restock the beach chairs (we could not find any during our stay, despite the vrbo ad having them included). will defiantly come back and stay here..!! we loved it.

We met in Phoenix after escaping the cold of Michigan and Minnesota. We love the warmth of Phoenix weather, but something was still beach. After traveling to many beautiful places, including Tahiti, Turks and Cacaos, Cancun,and 3 Hawaiian islands. we decided we wanted to get to the beach more often. Having come to Rocky Point several times in the last 25 years, we decided Sandy Beach looking out to the Sea of Cortez would be the place for us. Not only is it only 4 hours away, but as beautiful a beach as any we have seen. Jacques Cousteau once described the Sea of Cortez as the "world's aquarium" and the "Galapagos of North America". We can’t say enough about the wonderful experiences we have had here. From whale watching to witnessing one of the most amazing tide changes in the world, being in Puerto Penasco has been truly life changing. We hope you will find yourself totally relaxed and in awe of the beauty you find here! .
