Las Palomas Diamante 302 is an Oceanfront 2 bed 2 bath condominium unit in Phase 1 of the Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort. The resort is located in the Sandy Beach area of Puerto Peñasco (Rocky Point) and is ranked 4 diamonds by AAA. The groomed beach includes palapas, loungers and lots of beachcombing. Stay. Unwind. Property Management Changes: Service for the previous on-site management had been deteriorating over the years, so this year – 2026 – I have changed property management. Casago now manages the property. Casago is setting up an onsite location for check-in. Until then (in order to pick up wrist bands and parking passes), the check-in location is located a couple minutes from the resort. Casago will send you details after your booking is completed.

Your rental entitles you to the use of resort amenities and services; including daily maid service, pool towels, and in-suite room services.

Our Condominium:
Watch the sun set over the sea of Cortez from our large patio that overlooks pools, slide, spa, and pool bar. The patio has access from both the living room and master bedroom. The outdoor table has seating for 6.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops, Samsung black stainless-steel appliances with oversize microwave and ice making refrigerator. Other appliances include toaster, coffee maker, and blender. We offer place settings for 10, plus a large assortment of cookware to create gourmet meals.

And to enjoy that gourmet meal, our glass top dining table has seating for 6, plus there is additional seating for 4 at the kitchen counter. The table is centered under a remote controlled ceiling fan for climate comfort.

The master bedroom features a large 4 post king size bed. Above the oversize dresser is a wall mounted TV. A Remote Controlled ceiling fan is located above the bed. The walk-in closet includes a safe for your valuables. The master bath has double sinks, a large relaxing soaker tub and a separate walk in shower.

The guest bedroom also has a king size bed and wall mounted TV. A Remote Controlled ceiling fan. is located above the bed.

The guest bathroom has a full size walk in shower.

In the living room, we have a queen size memory foam sofa bed and loveseat (newly purchased in Sept of 2023). There is a remote-controlled ceiling fan above the sofabed. All TVs are Roku smart TVs (new for 2023) connected to the internet and cable; and have a large selection of channels in both English and Spanish. The living room TV is mounted above and electric fireplace. Premium channels ESPN, HBO, Starz, Disney and Showtime are included with your stay.

Fiber WiFi internet connection (included) makes staying in touch with friends and family easy.

There is a separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer and utility sink for your convenience.

The BBQ area is just outside this building off the lower floor. One call to customer service and they will even light the barbeque for you.
