Beautiful country residence in Avola Antica, surrounded by olive trees and trees of various kinds and by a beautiful green lawn.


Magnificent country residence surrounded by an olive garden 8 or 9 kilometers from the golden sandy beaches of the Avola and Noto area. The house reflects the typical Sicilian country house, with large green and shaded spaces. The house enjoys a quiet location a few meters from the beautiful Cavagrande lakes and a few km from the Baroque cities that made this south-eastern part of the island famous.
The house enjoys a quiet location surrounded by greenery, about 5 km from the provincial road that leads to the town of Avola. Inside the house there is a bright and open to the outside, there are a living room kitchen with TV, two bedrooms (the first with 2 beds) while (in the second we find a double bed with wall TV) a bathroom and the laundry room.
Outside, the villa is surrounded by large green spaces that house the small swimming pool and a few kilometers from the wonderful Sicilian Baroque towns and the enchanting golden sandy beaches of the area.

Excellent property in a beautiful location

We had a great holiday in Alessandro’s villa. The property is very comfortable and has a wonderful and well maintained garden. The children loved the pool, which was a good size and deep enough for them to dive in. The hammocks under the olive trees were a favourite spot for escaping the sun with a book. Inside, you can enjoy the sunset through the huge lounge windows. The shower is excellent with consistent water pressure and there was always plenty of hot water. The villa is located on the top of a mountain with tremendous views; a car is a must for exploring the area. Alessandro was the perfect host for us - After a warm welcome, he gave us total privacy but was always on hand by text to answer questions and provide recommendations for beaches and places to eat. Highly recommended!
