The beaches are part of the famous Aretusa seaside coast, also called Costa del Sole.
The villa consists of two double bedrooms, a living room with sofa bed, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, cooker and oven, dishes, etc.) and two bathrooms with shower.
The villa is also equipped with an outdoor shower and indoor parking spaces.
The thermoregulation is with hot / cold heat pump.
The villa is also characterized by a large covered outdoor veranda.
The perception of a pleasant relationship with nature is maximized, with a comfortable green area, allowing you to spend moments of conviviality and relaxation, comfortably.
Opportunity to enjoy serenity and discretion by eating meals peacefully on the veranda.
The central location allows easy access to the baroque cities of Noto, Modica, Ragusa.
For lovers of excursions we recommend a few kilometers from the house, a boat ride among the papyrus on the Ciane river and the lakes of Cava Grande del Cassibile.
Being a few kilometers from Syracuse (just 9 km) you can visit:
THE ORTIGIA ISLAND: it is the oldest part of the city of Syracuse. an enchanting island full of history and culture, with the unique charm that only great cultural sites can offer. Ortigia deserves to be visited both day and night. And 'rich in culture, history, sea ... You can stroll among beautiful buildings and monuments, and is full of shops, bars and excellent restaurants.
The CATHEDRAL ORTIGIA is located in a square nothing short of stunning! External and internal breathtakingly beautiful, you can see the role of S. Lucia and churches inside the Duomo itself! UNESCO heritage once inside he learns fully the reason!
His style is mostly Baroque and Rococo outside while inside there are parts dating back to medieval times. Definitely a site to visit.
THE GREEK THEATER OF SYRACUSE: it is a magnificent show! Back in time even if you visit when there are classical performances, which are worth. In summer wear a hat because the sun will dazzle you. Expect to also visit the rest of the Park of Neapolis. A couple of hours will do.
The culture of Ancient Greece has left its mark here. Therefore it is only right to visit with the utmost respect sites like this where the Mediterranean civilization has taken shape and has transmitted values still present in our culture.
