El Balconuco is a casu with private garden that is part together with El Zaguán de Las Casucas de Agüero.
Built in the traditional way, with wooden structure and stone in the windows.

Agüero is 5 km away. from Pedreña, from where you can cross the bay to Santander as there is a boat service every half hour.

Très bonne situation géographique pour qui veut profiter de la campagne et de l'océan. Maison très cosy, bien organisée et très agréable à vivre. L'accueil très bon de la part de Margot qui nous a tout expliqué sur les alentours. A la proxima vez !

Verano en Cantabria
Pasamos tres dias viajamos con dos niñas de 6 y 7 años. La casa de Margot es perfecta, tiene de todo, es muy acogedora, con animales y parque infantil al lado de la casa y muy cerca de los sitios que visitar (cabarceno, Santander, playas...).

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen, Entspannung pur, sehr nette Vermieterin, ideal für Urlaub mit Hund - abgeschlossenes Gelände !
Ruhig auf dem Land gelegen aber dennoch in wenigen Autominuten am Strand, im Supermarkt etc.
Alles Bestens - ist eine Wiederholung wert !
