Ein wunderschönes Haus, das leider etwas aus der Pflege geraten istDas Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist großzügig, geschmackvoll und hochwertig ausgestattet. Besonders schön sind die vielen Vollholzelemente – Böden, Treppe, Türen, Fenster und Fensterläden, Arbeitsplatten und Möbel –, dazu schöne Fliesen, bequeme Betten und viel Platz. Man merkt, dass hier einmal mit viel Liebe, Qualität und einem durchdachten Konzept eingerichtet wurde.Umso bedauerlicher ist, dass das wunderschönes Haus leider etwas aus der Pflege geraten istDas Haus hat deutlichen Instandhaltungsbedarf. Der Garten ist schön angelegt und der Rasen gemäht, viele Bereiche jedoch stark überwuchert. Mehrere Holzmöbel draußen sind verwittert, beschädigt oder nicht mehr nutzbar. Auch innen fallen Verschleiß und teils provisorische Reparaturen auf.Unseren Aufenthalt hat das nicht verdorben – aber es ist schade um dieses besondere Haus. Mit etwas mehr Pflege könnte es wieder richtig schön sein. Mit kleinen Abstrichen aber immer noch ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Agréable séjour, conseil avisé de la propriétaire. Plages de Santander proche . Bilbao incontournable . Maison typique ressemblant à un agréable chalet de montagne . Lave-vaiselle et Lave-linge et jardin extérieur parfaits .

Campagne et océan

Très bonne situation géographique pour qui veut profiter de la campagne et de l'océan. Maison très cosy, bien organisée et très agréable à vivre. L'accueil très bon de la part de Margot qui nous a tout expliqué sur les alentours. A la proxima vez !

Verano en Cantabria

Pasamos tres dias viajamos con dos niñas de 6 y 7 años. La casa de Margot es perfecta, tiene de todo, es muy acogedora, con animales y parque infantil al lado de la casa y muy cerca de los sitios que visitar (cabarceno, Santander, playas...). Esperamos repetir algun dia¡

Erholsame Tage in Cantabrien

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen, Entspannung pur, sehr nette Vermieterin, ideal für Urlaub mit Hund - abgeschlossenes Gelände ! Ruhig auf dem Land gelegen aber dennoch in wenigen Autominuten am Strand, im Supermarkt etc. Alles Bestens - ist eine Wiederholung wert !
