Large terrace over the Mediterranean Sea with stunning views.

Our SAND apartment is only rented from Saturday to Saturday. It consists of three double bedrooms, living room and kitchen, all with sea views, plus two bathrooms and laundry.
Completely renovated and ready to release!
New furniture, including doors and windows, facilities, bathrooms and new and bright kitchen.

The best of all is the large terrace where all our guests are very impressed by its views and the new exterior chill-out sofas, although the views from the living room are also unforgettable.

Located on the sea, in the charming port of Colonia de Sant Jordi, 100 m. from the beach "Es Port" and only five minutes walk from the beach "Es Dolç". It is also very close to the famous beach "Es Trenc" by car or bus.

It is ideal for a family with children, and even grandparents, or a group of friends, since it has beds for six people, two of which are double (1 80 x 2 00).

Enjoy the sea, the sun, the beach, relax, stroll along the sea, enjoy the best company in our chill-out terrace, a glass of wine at sunset, contemplate the full moon reflected over the sea ...

Alles wunderbar

In der ganzen Wohnung und der Veranda hat man viel Platz. Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Blick von der Veranda ist unbeschreiblich schön. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Matratzen sind sehr gut und auch, dass man die Kissen wählen kann ist toll. Victoria hat sich sehr bemüht und uns immer gefragt ob alles ok ist. Es gibt viele tolle Restaurant in der Nähe.

Why they chose this property

According to our guests we have the best views of La Colonia. And it really has breathtaking views, everyone is very impressed, they are unforgettable.
It is also very well located as regards the sun, since the facade faces east, where the sun rises. This makes the apartment cool in summer due to its solar orientation and the sea breeze. From the terrace there is also a spectacular moonrise, and even more so when there is a full moon reflected in the sea.
