Welcome to your Modern duplex penthouse, perfetc for SMART WORKING (WIFI 100MB), 2 minutes by walking from the beach. !
It is a modern and lightfull penthouse, with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, covered terrace and solarium, 60 meters from the beach and the turistic port of the Colonia de Sant Jordi.
At the first floor you will find a large dining-room with a kitchen and a living room which is open to a covered terrace where it is possible to have lunch or dinner. At the same floor you will find two double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them with in suite). Both bedrooms have their own wardrobe.
At the upper floor there is a third bedroom with a large double bed, in-suite bathroom with shower and direct access to a pleasant private sun terrace.
The penthouse is located on the second floor of a small building of 5 apartments and has a parking space in the garage.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist großzügig ausgestattet, sehr sauber und Francesca und Juan sind sehr nett und immer ansprechbar. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht und die beiden Terrassen sind wunderbar, um draußen zu essen oder zu entspannen. Alles ist von toller Qualität und sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist super, zum Strand zwei Minuten und Einkaufsmöglichkeit gleich um die Ecke. Wir kommen gern wieder! Vielen Dank Francesca und Juan!
