Apartment located on the 2nd floor of the building block B very bright, has two rooms with two single beds each, with wardrobes. Large dining room with open kitchen equipped with fridge, ceramic hob and microwave. Crockery and cutlery complete. It also has laundry, where the washing machine is located. It has a large terrace with hammocks and furniture suitable for breakfast and nice dinners or rest after an intense day of adventure or beach.
The apartment is centrally located and well located near several supermarkets, bakeries and shops.
The Colonia de Sant Jordi has a wide range of cuisine, from a hamburger, Kebapp, grilled meats, paellas ... and of course, fresh fish.

Lovely clean apartment

Great apartment in lovely location. Shops / restaurants all within a few minutes walk, 3 beaches all within 5-15 minutes walk. WiFi a little weak but other than that the property was perfect

Lovely property so close to some beautiful beaches

We had a great time staying here. It was very hot, and so the apartment does get very warm, especially on a night time. However, given how close amazing restaurants, beaches and facilities are, it doesn’t matter. Also the sushi place just below the apartment is incredible 😋

Nice stay at Juana's flat

I spent one week with 2 teenage girls at Juana's flat. We all enjoyed it. The 2 bedrooms are spacious and cleverly furnished. The living room/kitchen is quite wide and well-equipped. The balcony gives us more space. The flat is well located. Close to 2 supermarkets, the beaches, the port, restaurants and shops. Parking in the street was easy too. Do not hesitate to book Juana's flat!

Super Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderbar! Sie liegt ruhig, hat alles, was man braucht, sogar 2 Liegen waren auf dem nach Westen ausgerichteten Balkon. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und uns hat sogar eine Schale frisches Obst zu unserer Ankunft erwartet. Bei Fragen wurde uns umgehend geholfen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Colonia San Jordi è un piccolo centro con tanti servizi e lunghissime spiagge, un porto vivo e una bellissima passeggiata sul lungomare. L'appartamento è confortevole e pulito, si trova in una posizione ottima dalla quale si possono raggiungere a piedi (circa 1 km) tutte le spiagge piu' belle. Siamo stati molto bene!

Piso muy comodo y buena ubicacion

El piso es muy comodo, y la ubicacion es muy buena: facil de aparcar por la zona y con comercios muy cerca. Gran terraza para desayunar o comer. Seria grandioso que tuviera aire acondicionado, ya que por el dia hace mucho calor en verano.

Bel appartement

Très bon emplacement, les commerces sont vraiment à côté. Il ya de belles balades sur la côte en partant à pied de l'appartement. Nous avons toujours trouvé où nous garer en bas de l'immeuble. L'appartement est très propre, très fonctionnel et très clair, ce qui est super agréable. Les lits sont confortables. La propriétaire est très accessible et répond très vite a nos questions. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Je recommande vivement.

Vacances en famille

Super séjour à l’appartement. L’emplacement est top pour visiter l’île. Loin des grandes stations balnéaires, ville familiale avec pleins de bons restos. L’appartement est top aussi. Très propre et suffisamment spacieux. Nous avons mangé à 4 sur le balcon et nous étions à notre aise. Les commerces sont à proximité et la mer aussi. Nous n’avons pas vu la propriétaire mais elle reste très disponible par message. Nous reviendrons sur cette île magnifique et probablement au même endroit. Même si l’appartement ne dispose pas de Clim, les ventilateurs font bien leur travail 😁! Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Die Wohnung war wie im Inserat beschrieben, alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Alles tiptop sauber, wir wurden sogar mit einem Obstkorb begrüßt. Wir durften auch den Sonnenschirm mit zum Strand nehmen. Einziger Punkt der etwas zu bemängeln war, dass die Wohnung sehr warm war, aber das sind eher die Gegebenheiten des Klimas, die im Juli in südländischen Ländern herrschen. Abhilfe gab es mit je einem Ventilator im Schlafzimmer

Appartement très agréable

Nous avons séjourné durant 13 jours dans cet appartement très confortable. Proche de toutes les commodités (supérette, resto, boulangerie...) 5min à pied! Plusieurs plages à 10min à pied de l'appartement (près du port) très sécurisantes pour famille avec jeunes enfants. L'appartement n'a pas de climatisation (mais il y a des ventilateurs dans chaque chambre), nous avons donc dormi toutes fenêtres et portes ouvertes ce qui est un peu bruyant (normal, l'appartement est en plein centre ville). La terrasse est très appréciable et bien ventilée. La petite buanderie est également très appréciable avec la machine à laver! Une glacière pour emmener à la plage ou lors des pique-nique serait un plus afin de boire frais. Bonne situation pour visiter l'île. Nous conseillons sans problème cette location pour qui la ville ne dérange pas.

Nous avons été accueilli par la propriétaire chaleureusement. Appartement très propre. Des petites attentions, corbeille de fruits, petits chocolats, bouteille d'eau fraîche. Disponible si besoin. Schöner Aufenthalt in Colonia Sant Jordi

Wir haben eine schöne Fewo vorgefunden, die keine Wünsche für einen erholsamen Urlaub offen gelassen hat. Sra Joana ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin, die ihren Gästen bei allen Belangen sofort behilflich ist. Wir kommen unbedingt wieder. Sant Jordi ist ein kleines Städtchen, wo jeder alles finden kann, Ruhe schöne Strände, gute Restaurants, eine einladende Strandpromenade. Das Umland ist gut mit dem Bus zu erkunden, die Haltestelle 2 Min. von der Fewo entfernt. Supermarkt alles da.

Super Wohnung in super Lage!!!

Sehr freundliche Vermieter, Ein- und Auschecken sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist groß und freundlich, mit allem ausgestattet und liegt für Einkauf, Restaurantbesuche und Bars sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig; Parkplatz für unseren Mietwagen jederzeit vorhanden. Drei sehr schöne und saubere Strände fußläufig nah. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Colonia St. Jordi!

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ich habe nichts vermisst es ist alles vorhanden. Der Balkon ist sehr groß und mann kann auch abends noch die Sonne genießen. Es ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen (Bars, Restaurants, Geschäfte, Supermarkt, Apotheke u.s.w.) Sehr liebe Vermieterin und alles hat bestend funktioniert. Ich komme bestimmt wieder. Einfache aber sehr gut gelegene Wohnung

Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben. Juana war bei einem Problem sofort erreichbar und das Problem wurde gelöst. Einziger Nachteil, dass keine Klimaanlage vorhanden war und die ersten Tage sehr warm waren.

Sehr hübsche, gemütliche Wohnung mit etwas Meerblick

Wir waren als Familie in dieser Wohnung und haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Die Schlüsselübergabe lief absolut problemlos und es stand sogar Wasser und Obst für uns bereit. Für unser Kleinkind haben wir extra einen Hochstuhl bekommen und auch ein Babybett wurde uns angeboten. Das war total lieb und praktisch. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit allen notwendigen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ziemlich gut, sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig. Man kann alles im Ort gut fußläufig erreichen und hat vom großen Balkon aus sogar ein ganz bisschen Meerblick (mit Sonnenuntergang). Wir würden diese Wohnung sofort wieder mieten. Vielen Dank für alles.

Praktische FeWo mit netter Vermieterin

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der FeWo mit einer sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieterin - sie hieß uns sogar mit Wasser, frischem Obst und Schokolade willkommen! Alles so wie im Inserat und noch mehr: die Vermieterin hat eine Sammlung an Sandspielzeug, Sonnenschirmen, Kühlboxen u.ä. die man während des Aufenthalts nutzen kann! Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Föhn etc auch alles vorhanden. Supermärkte, Eisdiele und eine tolle Bäckerei sind nur 5m in entfernt und auch diverse Strände kann man zu Fuss erreichen. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass das eine Schlafzimmer zur Strasse rausgeht wo es bei offenem Fenster auch mal etwas länger, etwas lauter sein kann - ist auszuhalten, aber für empfindliche Leute sollten vielleicht Ohrstöpsel mitbringen.
