Villa with Pool near Beaches

House situated in a land of 5000 m2, the part on the residential area is 1000 m2, with garden of 500 m2. The house has one large room with lots of light, a double bed, facing the pisicina with wardrobe, bathroom with shower, living room with kitchenette small oven and electric hob, electric coffee maker, coffee machine, toaster, fridge, microwave, table dining chair and sofa bed. This room faces on one side of the pool and the other to the field. The house has 2 large sheds with barbecue, gas burner, dining table, sink, dishwasher and washing machine, the other shed has garden chairs and 4 deck chairs. Optionally in the same space we have another large bedroom double bed, with wardrobe, sofa bed, bathroom with tub.
The pool is overflowing with 5 X 10 m2, is private.
The owners always welcome the guests and not inhabit the place permanently.

Beautiful spot an hour from Lisbon

The pool was the star of the show. We are a family of four and the accommodation suited us perfectly. Loads of stunning beaches and lovely cafes near by and the private pool at the property was superb. Loved our week here. The hosts were very kind and accommodating and very respectful of our privacy. Fantastic place and wonderful people.

Relaxing Holiday

The villa is in a quiet residential area close to beaches and local restaurants. Recommend hiring a car so that you can travel to supermarkets and other areas of interest. Villa owners are kind and friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have everything that you need, while respecting your privacy at the same time. The villa pool is fabulous and well maintained throughout the week. We also thoroughly enjoyed barbecues most evenings. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday in a rural, family owned villa, then we would thoroughly recommend. Thank you Jose and Rosa for a lovely holiday :)

Fantastische vakantie

Volledig ingericht vakantiehuis in een heel rustige buurt aan de rand van het dorp. De supervriendelijke eigenaren, Jose en Rosa, zijn heel gastvrij en behulpzaam. Zij zijn er alleen het weekend, in hun eigen huis. Daardoor heb je volledige vrijheid. De ligging is ideaal, dicht bij bos en strand. Ook Sesimbra is dichtbij. En het zwembad is helemaal de kers op de taart.

Wir verbrachten wunderschöne zweieinhalb Wochen in dem Haus, alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Ein Traum ist natürlich der Pool, die Vermieter Jose und Rosa haben uns gleich am Anfang mit Tomaten und süßkartoffeln aus dem Garten versorgt, beide sind ganz herzliche Menschen, wenn es irgendwann passt kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder

… „Urlaub pur“ …

Unser Aufenthalt dort war ausgesprochen schön, haben uns dort 2 Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gemütlich und die zwei Terrassen bieten immer ein sonniges als auch ein schattiges Plätzchen. Ein Highlight ist natürlich der große Pool, den wir auch täglich nutzten. Strände gibt es auch gleich um die Ecke, sodass es hier an wirklich nichts fehlt. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen freundlich und geben auch gerne Tips für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Zudem wurden wir immer wieder mit frischen Tomaten aus eigenem Anbau versorgt. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Einfach traumhaft

Das Highlight ist der Pool 5x11 Meter. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sie sind nur am Wochenende in ihrem eigenen Haus, das ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück ist. Zu beachten ist, dass das zweite Schlafzimmer und Bad sich in dem haus der Vermeiter befinden mit seperatem Eingang. Die Einrichtung ist insgesamt einfach aber geschmackvoll. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Tolles Haus, toller Urlaub

Wir hatten 2 wundervolle Wochen im Haus von Rosa und Jose. Das Haus ist für 2 Personen optimal. Im großen Pool konnte man super schwimmen. Die Terrasse mit Außenküche und Grill haben wir jeden Abend genutzt. Alles sehr gepflegt. Liebe Grüße aus Ostwestfalen.

Perfekt um Lissabon und Umgebung zu erkunden, jedoch auch um zur Ruhe zu kommen

Wir haben uns auf dem wunderschönen Anwesen von Rosa und Jose von der ersten Minute an wohlgefühlt. Im Kühlschrank waren Wein und Wasser und Jose hat uns selbst angebaute Orangen, Zitronen sowie Zucchini und Salat geschenkt. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung und bietet alles Notwendige für einen entspannten Urlaub. Highlights sind die Außenküche und der wunderschöne Pool den wir ausgiebig genutzt haben. Fijne plek, zeer vriendelijke en gastvrije eigenaren

Wij hebben hier een heerlijke meivakantie gehad met ons gezin (met twee tieners, 13 en 16). Huisje is gezellig en ligt heel vrij en heeft aan beide kanten van het huis plekken om buiten te zitten en fijn zwembad erbij. Eigenaren zijn echt ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij. Zij hebben een huis op hetzelfde terrein (aan andere kant van het zwembad) maar waren daar alleen in het weekend en gunnen je alle privacy. Goed om te weten is dat de extra slaapkamer die beschikbaar is (groot met eigen badkamer) niet in het huisje zelf is maar aan het huis van de eigenaren vast zit. Je kan er wel via een eigen ingang in. Onze zoon van 16 vond dat juist heerlijk, die had daar lekker zijn eigen optrekje. Omgeving is erg mooi (schitterende kusten) en er is genoeg te doen, allemaal op maximaal 45 min rijden afstand. Lissabon bezoeken vanuit hier gaat ook heel goed.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt, tolles Haus

Das Haus mit wunderschönem Pool und einem traumhaft angelegten Garten ist etwas ganz besonderes. Ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus, mit vielen Extras ,wie Spülmachine und Waschmaschine, Grill etc. lasst keine Wünsche offen. Die Vermieter sind sehr liebenswürdig und hilfsbereit. Wonderful Portuguese welcome!

We spent a week at Rosa and Jose's property and couldn't have asked for a warmer welcome! The house is beautiful - very clean and well-equipped, with privacy guaranteed. There was the added bonus of a wonderful pool which was used by us almost daily. Rosa and Jose were very kind and easily contactable, yet were discreet at all times. Aldeia do Meco is about 45 minutes from Lisbon with large supermarkets within a 10-15 minute drive in either Sesimbra or Amora. Close to the Atlantic coast (short walk to the dunes from the house) and wonderful Albufeira Lagoon - highly recommended for walks and swimming. We have been so impressed with Portuguese friendliness and hospitality that we have already booked to return next year! Thank you, Rosa & Jose!
