About this property

Lovely recently renovated loft / duplex. Situated in the Tableview area, Flamingo Vlei, close to local shops, minutes to the sea, and great access into Cape Town and outer areas. Quiet, private and convenient.

Through electric gates, private parking, patio area and outside dining, under a covered tree covered area, enclosed with small garden for privacy.

Entrance to duplex into living area giving, stylish, unusual, artistic volume, immediate surprise! The living area has a sofa bed (although the loft is for two persons, if there is a requirement for extra sleeping accommodation, this is available, please let us know and we will be happy to assist, however there will be an additional charge). Dining area with bar and stools, fully equipped kitchen two fridges/freezer, oven, gas hob, extractor fan, microwave, washing machine and a mini dishwasher. Shower room and toilet, simple, practical with vanity cupboard and mirror, razor plug. Up spiral stairs is the bedroom with high ceiling, giving light but at the same time very comfortable! Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, double bed or could be two singles.

There is a swimming pool on the property with usage upon request, weekend apéritive, barbecue events can be organise for those who would like to join.

Airconditioning reversable for all seasons. Extra services, airport pickup, breakfast, lunches and evening meals upon request. Cleaning, ironing, hairdresser etc etc. We will be here to assist.

About the host

Your host

British origin, but lived most of my life in France where I met my husband. We have two grown up children, son of 23 and daughter of 21. Our son lives with us in SA, but our daughter decided to stay in France for her Chef career. We are know in the neighborhood as the 'Frenchies' as we are French speaking at home, but all English speaking. We have two dogs, border collies of which they are very well trained, well one is as the second one is a puppy and still needs attention. They are great security alert dogs and friendly. We have a lovely home which we renovated over a period of 2 years. We live in the main house which has separate entrance and outdoor space to the loft. We love entertaining and cooking, meeting new people and sharing unique moments.
