About this property

New Western style home on 5 acres in Cave Creek Az

This custom home is on our personal 5 acres as a second home for guests. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bath but we prefer to rent it to only 2 adults. However a family we will consider. ( for an additional cost)

This is a horse property! So if you would like to enjoy our western lifestyle then this is the place! 38,000 acres of beautiful desert is right across the street and yet the grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants are 1 mile away! This location is wonderful for golfers, bikers, outdoor enthusiasts and horse lovers! We do not board outside horses but boarding is available next door. We do have our own personal horses on the property and team rope practice in the arena. We are 10 minutes from Dynamite Arena. We are on the cave creek / phoenix border so our location is close to just about everything you need or want to go: 20 min to Phx PGA course and Barrett Jackson show(Scottsdale) 10 min to downtown Cave Creek 25 min to Cardinal Stadium 30 min To Phoenix Sky Harbor International airport 90 minutes to Sedona 20 minutes to Mayo Clinic We also have a sister casita as an option!
