Third-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Second-floor open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area

Off-road parking to the rear for 2 cars. Access to garden in neighbouring café with seating. Sorry, no pets or smoking. Shop and pub 0.1 miles, Bridgehouse Beck 0.6 miles. Note: There are lots of steep stairs in the home, unsuitable for those with limited mobility; children must also be supervised. Note: External access is quite uneven, and through a narrow, cobbled alleyway; please be careful. Note: The ceiling is sloped in the twin bedroom
