New penthouse in villa for 2 or max 3 people with large terrace, swimming pool use -to respect the privacy during the day and the afternoon to the swimming pool from 10. 00 to 12. 00 and from 15. 00 to 18. 00 ..-

The penthouse is located in the beautiful village of Albisano nestled on the hill in a beautiful lake view. The house consists of two residential units, one of the first floors of the building.
Small pets allowed on request
July and August we rent 7 or 14 days from Saturday to Saturday

Covered parking with anti-hail tarpaulin in the enclosed courtyard with automatic gate- 1 parking space for apartment available.
Free parking 50 meters from the house
 At 5 minute walk you will find restaurants, ice cream, bars, minimarket. There are numerous paths in dirt paths that descend to the lake. To the less sporty in the summer there is a free shuttle bus that goes to Albisano -Towers of the benaco until midnight where you can find numerous shops, the ferry to the other shore, and of course even confusion. Travel time 5 minutes. For golf enthusiasts "Ca'degli ulivi" at Marciaga.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt traumhaft und ruhig in Albisano oberhalb von Torri del Benaco. Ideal, wenn man seine Ruhe genießen möchte. Die Wohnung ist super sauber, modern und mit allem Schnickschnack eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Vermieter Paola und Giacomo sind super nett. Wir waren sicher nicht zum letzten Mal hier!

Kurzurlaub

Eine sehr, sehr schöne und moderne Ferienwohnung, zum Wohlfühlen. Ausstattung perfekt, Öl, Salz, Zucker usw. widererwartend alles vorhanden. Gesamtgröße der Wohnung für 3 Personen völlig ausreichend, 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und 1Bett in einer Nische im Wohnzimmer. Terrasse riesig! Aussicht: toller Blick auf den See, sogar vom Sofa aus durch die große Fensterfront kann man den Sonnenuntergang betrachten. Bilder im Internet sind authentisch. Vermieter superfreundlich. Lage: liegt zwar etwas abseits, aber wer es gerne ruhig möchte liegt hier genau richtig. Bäckerei gibt es nicht gleich um die Ecke, aber es gibt einen Toaster und einen kleinen Backofen, worin sich man Brötchen super aufbacken kann. Für uns war einfach alles perfekt! Gerne wieder.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

In dieser schönen Ferienwohnung haben wir uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet, hell und freundlich mit einem traumhaften Blick zum See. Alles vorhanden, was man für den täglichen Gebrauch braucht.Tolle Terrasse mit Außendusche, die Liegen mit bequemen Auflagen. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen, es ist total ruhig dort. Die Vermieter sind sehr nette und freundliche Gastgeber, waren sofort zur Stelle wenn man was braucht. Also ich kann es anders gar nicht sagen, Urlaub erster Klasse im gemütlichen Albisano. Fahre seit über 40 Jahren zum Gardasee, aber das war die Krönung! All den Spitzenbewertungen ist nichts hinzuzufügen. Einfach perfekt von A-Z, von Anreise über Lage, Sauberkeit, Einrichtung, Pool, Parkplatz bis Zusatzbett. Die Inhaber Paola und Giacomo sind supernett. Diese Bewertung sollte ich eigentlich nicht schreiben, da die beiden Wohnungen sonst noch beliebter werden. Es ist auch meine erste Rezession die ich schreibe, weil sie einfach verdient ist. Tolles Appartment mit genialer Aussicht

Appartement met sprookjesachtig uitzicht!

Het appartement is modern en heel comfortabel ingericht, met aparte airco in de woon- en slaapkamer. Het terras is gigantisch en aan alle spullen is gedacht. Het enige minpunt dat we zouden kunnen bedenken is dat als je wilt zwemmen je het gevoel hebt dat je bij de buren inbreuk maakt op hun privacy. Het zwembad ligt namelijk bijna tegen de woonkamer aan vd andere gasten, dat voelt al snel ongemakkelijk. We komen terug!

Schönes Penthouse mit toller Aussicht

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, wie auch schon vielfach durch Vorgänger beschrieben. Der Zustand war nahezu neuwertig und alles war sehr sauber. Sehr nette Vermieter. Die Lage ist ruhig. Es ist in dem kleinen Dorf Albisano, oberhalb von Torre des Benaco gelegen. Dort gibt es ein paar kleine Lokale und auch einen Minimarkt, in dem man die notwendigsten Lebensmittel bekommt. Vor dem Haus ist ein abgeschlossener Hof, auf dem man einen bequemen PKW-Stellplatz hat. Für das automatische Rolltor bekommt man einen Funksender - prima gelöst. Alles in Allem eine Top-Ferienwohnung, die wir unbedingt empfehlen können.
