'Casa Elegancia' is a fabulous light & airy 2 bedroom apartment situated less than 400 metres from Denias golden 'Las Marinas' beach and just a stroll from the cosmopolitan high street shops on the 'Marques de Campo'. 'Casa Elegancia' has a south facing balcony with excellent mountain views. The accommodation has been furnished to an extremely high standard and comprises a large combined lounge/dining room with satellite TV, Home Cinema, two bedrooms (a double and a twin), one full bathroom with shower and a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen. Both the living room and master bedroom open on to a sheltered south facing sun terrace that overlooks the Denia and the Montgo mountains. Free unlimited WiFi. and UK internet TV. The property includes allocated underground parking from which glass-enclosed elevators provide access to the lobby. The complex also boasts a 50m dolphin-shaped pool set within landscaped gardens as well as a business centre with Wifi access, children's play area, gymnasium and sauna.

My wife & I stayed for 8 nights in April, the apartment was in a great locator the beach, restaurants & Marina. The size was ideal for us inside, will also a good size sunny balcony. It has a large communal pool & gardens.

A comfortable apartment well equipped with UK TV. Close to the beach and the old town. The parking is suitabl for a small to medium sized car. It can be a bit demanding if you have a large vehicle.

Overall we were very happy hère. About 20mins walk from thé centre of town. We visited in september so the wonderful pool was often just for us. Apartment good condition overall if a little dusty. Balcony very spacious.

Great winter long-stay

Ideal for our 7 week stay through Jan and Feb. South facing balcony meant maximum sun, position of apartment excellent, especially as we had no car. 5 mins to Aldi, 10 mins to major supermarket, 5 mins to beach, 15 minutes to town - all flat easy walks. UK TV and WiFi kept us in touch. The owner Sean was very helpful throughout and Jane, based in Spain, was very prompt in answering any queries. We recommend this apartment.

Denia for the first time

We were a bit unsure when we first arrived has Denia is truly Spanish inbut after a couple of days once we got our bearings we started to love the experience great bars & restaurants and a lovely atmosphere. The apartment was good, clean and comfy beds everything you need really. If I had any complaints & I'm being picky the kitchen a little smaller than we're used to and it's can be very hot on the balcony on the afternoons but this did not distract from the lovely time we had. I will definitely revisit Denia again.

Nice stay in Sean's appartement

Nice appartement on the second floor of a closed complex. Weather was good. All facilities were there and the appartment also contained everything we needed. One chair on the balcony was broken but we used a spare one. Car can be parked in the parking garage in the basement. The swimming pool was clean and the water nice. The city center was a 20 minutes walk. Supermarket was a 5 minutes walk.

Spacious, decent and clean apartment

We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed our stay. The apartment is big, clean, has a big balcony, all the amenities (washing machine, lots of kitchen utensils) you need. It has a covered, private parking and elevator. Good beds. Furniture and appliances are a bit dated. But everything worked fine. Located on the outskirts of Denia. But still in walking distance from beach, town centre and supermarkets. Like in all Spanish apartments one hears sounds from the neighbours. All in all a good stay for a good price.

Good value, super convenient location

This apartment represents great value and is in a super convenient location. A short walk to all amenities, local beach & the centre of Denia. Convenient underground parking and a sunny spacious area with south facing balcony. We had a very good time in Denia and would recommend it highly as a base to explore the area. The apartment is very comfortable but some of the furniture including the sofa could do with a refresh. We had to clean the microwave and some of the pots & pans and some areas could do with a bit more attention when cleaning. Overall we were happy with the apartment and with the check in & out process. Jane was very friendly and helpful with check in.

A really pleasant apartment that had a very welcoming feel. We stayed for three weeks and it had everything we needed. The pool area is fantastic.The apartment was clean and well maintained although the oven took literally ages to cook things! A draining board for crockery would’ve been good to have. These were just little things. The correspondence with the owner and Jane, who oversees the apartment in Denia was great. She was extremely easy to contact if we needed her. British tv was good to have if you need a bit of respite from the sun! The washing machine was also extremely useful with a good, large drying rack on the balcony. The beach is a 5 min walk, the port area with fabulous restaurants is about a 10/15 minute walk. Denia town is great and again, about a 15 minute walk. Overall, a great apartment, well maintained and managed, fab location, amazing pool area and close to a supermarket. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Disappointed

Light and sunny flat with south facing balcony. Such a shame that the lounge furniture in particular was way past it’s best, dining chairs and settee especially. Very disappointed with cleanliness, so we cleaned through following arrival. Only one set of bed linen and towels provided for the two weeks. We provided all cleaning materials and basics even toilet paper. Kitchen was well equipped but generally grubby. Wardrobe in double bedroom was locked, second wardrobe in twin bedroom contained cushions for balcony furniture and hoover etc. We didn’t unpack. We loved Denia and enjoyed great weather, but won’t be returning to this apartment.

Why they chose this property

Denia is great, a lovely authentic Spanish town. The beach is next to the complex, the town is a very short walk, it has a lovely marina and countless restaurants so you can relax and people watch. It is not Marbella so the prices are reasonable and affordable. Drive along the coast and the views are great, Stop off along the way in lovely Javea or Moraira. It is just great, we will retire there and so look forward to the day!

What makes this property unique

The people, the location, the beach, the food and the weather, almost wall to wall sunshine year round. Sit outside most of the year in short sleeves and plan your days for being outside. Long live Denia and Spain!
