Located on the top floor of the building opposite the old church of Sperlonga, which overlooks it with a small balcony, the apartment has 2 bedrooms - one double and one with two single beds and a mezzanine with a double bed of a square and half-, a bathroom with shower and a dining room with kitchenette and sitting area.
The apartment, which comfortably accommodates up to 6 people, was renovated a few years ago, simple but functional, with a small television and fans in case of hot weather. Ideal for a holiday to enjoy the beauty of the historic center and the east and west beaches.
