This beautiful holiday apartment is located on the beautiful Costa de Almeria with its unspoilt nature and beautiful views, in Mojácar Playa. It is located in the urbanization Marina de la Torre within walking distance of the sea and bus stop (500m). The apartment was recently painted and refurbished. The layout is as follows: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite), kitchen with dishwasher, living room with flat screen and sofa bed, storage room with washing machine and patio. You can relax on the spacious terrace or at the beautiful swimming pool with sea view. There is WIFI in the apartment. It is an ideal apartment for a family with children or 2 couples as there are 2 bathrooms.

Nearby is the white village of Mojácar, known as one of the most beautiful villages in Spain; still nearby are Carboneras, Vera, Villaricos and Garrucha with its fishing port. A few kilometers away in Vera Playa is the Aqua Vera aqua park.
Mojácar is also known as a cycling destination by cycling clubs that organize bicycle internships there. The Club Marina Golf Mojácar golf course is a few hundred meters walk from the apartment.
Almeria airport is a 50-minute drive away, Murcia Corvera is a 1.5-hour drive away and Alicante is a 2-hour drive away.

Welcome! Thank you for your interest in our apartment. During a vacation on the Costa de Almeria we found our apartment because we had been dreaming of a vacation spot in Spain for years. What particularly appealed to us was the spacious terrace, the beautiful sea view, close to the pool, which is ideal for our 2 children, and within walking distance of the sea. On the Costa de Almeria the sun almost always shines because this region has the most sunshine hours in Spain!
