This beautiful apartment is located in one of the most sought after residential area in Mojácar, conveniently situated by the Commercial Centre, opposite all the most fashionable beach bars and restaurants and within easy walking distance to all shops and amenities and very close to big supermarkets.

Apartment comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, fully equipped separate kitchen with laundry area and lovely lounge with dining area and patio doors leading out to front terrace facing the sea.

Bedroom 1
Master bedroom has a double bed (1.50m wide), built in wardrobe, air conditioning, en suite shower room and window facing the terrace.
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, built in wardrobe and air conditioning.
Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds, built in wardrobe and air conditioning.
Bed linen and towels provided.

Tastefully decorated lounge with dining area, air conditioning, Spanish & UK Television, WiFi Connection and patio doors leading out to front terrace with sea views.

Terrace is east facing and enjoys morning sun, has an awning, table and chairs for outside dining and 2 sunbeds.This terrace overlooks the community gardens and the sea beyond.

Access to apartment
Pedestrian access is via Calle Lucerna, across from the Commercial centre or by calle Duende parallel to main road and beach into the secure gated community and there is a vehicle entrance at the far end of Calle Duende where you will find the garage entrance gate to get to your allocated parking space. There is a stairway from the basement to access the community grounds and this apartment is in the ground floor, a short walk to swimming pool area.

Ideally located - no car needed - plenty of amenities within walking distance and 2 big supermarkets very close to property

The apartment was stunning, nicer than it looked in the photos. Plenty of space for the 5 of us and the outdoor space was great. The apartment was really well equipped, everything we needed was there. Great location for the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

with knowing the area so well, the apartment was handpicked for it's for it's situation. I was over to see the .Moors and Christians pacifically although a little pricey worth it with being spread between three of us.

Superb accommodation in a beautiful complex right in the heart of Mojacar playa.

The place was immaculate, perfect size, modern and in a beautiful private complex. Handy being next to the Centro Commercial, but not at all disturbed by it. All Mojácar beaches readily accessible. Will definitely be returning. Thank you for letting us share your beautiful place.

A comfortable and pleasant stay with facilities close by.

The apartment was in an excellent position with a sea view it was very well equipped to meet our needs except for the linen and pillows which could be improved . The beds were very comfortable. Internet was good and TV had plenty of choice . The down side was the swimming pool was closed and signage stated it was only open from the 1st July to the end of August , I was hoping with my mobility that I would be able to swim . This needs to be clearly stated on the information with decisive dates, very ambiguous in the description of the facilities. Also we only had 1 set of keys which was difficult at times .yet I was told at the end I should have had 2 sets.
