A very carefully constructed house, ideal for family vacations and relaxation. Ample space for children in a lush garden with grass surrounded by various kinds of plants.150 meters just off the sea and very close to super market and taverns.

Fantastic house

Fantastic house in a fantastic location. It has been a pleasure to stay at Villa Nefeli. The villa is close to a wonderfull beaches and in a very quite area. The house conforms to what is specified in the ad. Looking forward to come back soon !!!

Villa Nefeli by the sea

Hosts were generous, attentive and responsive. House was very comfortable - we were there in January so everything was very quiet. The beach is lovely with intriguing tide pools and a very short walk from the house. We also travelled to several interesting sites throughout Crete using Villa Nefeli as a convenient home base.

Nice home with great quiet sunny garden

House worked well for our group of 4 - 1 man is disabled . The garden was used daily for meals & sitting reading etc . I would recommend this house for a holiday in Stavros . We were there is May & the season was just beginning so some of the restaurants were not open yet . A car is essential for trips to Chania & further afield .

Nice house

Mike house is a very nice house, very spacious and above all very clean, our children enjoyed the garden. Mike was available to us as soon as we asked for something. We highly recommend this house, We had a pleasant stay.

Very nice villa in a quiet area

A nice villa very close to the sea, in a quiet area but with the possibility to reach wonderful beaches nearby. Clean and very well equipped, with lots of space for two families. Only drawback is the noise caused by the rooster located near the villa, not only at dawn but often in the middle of the night. A part from that we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa for the holidays.

This is a lovely house and garden, very close to the beach. It was perfect for our vacation with our grandchildren. The house was equipped with everything we needed (including a crib for the baby and a high chair). It was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and a dishwasher (which was really helpful!). Beds were very comfortable and each bedroom had an air conditioner. We very much enjoyed the sunset beach bar down the street. It was a nice place to hang out with the children and enjoy lunch or a drink. We also loved Irene's for meals out (only 5 minutes away). Property manager was very responsive and communicative. Highly recommended!

Schönes, großes Haus mit wunderschön angelegtem grünen Garten, absolute Privatsphäre, strandnah, super netter Empfang durch die Mutter des Vermieters, Kontakt mit Vermieter unkompliziert per Mail in der App, voll ausgestattete Küche mit Cerankochfeld, viel Geschirr vorhanden, bequeme Betten, Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern (sehr hilfreich weil man wegen der Hunde in der Nachbarschaft, die die ganze Nacht heulen u. bellen, die Fenster geschlossen halten muss), Fliegengitter. Heller Sandstrand mit glasklarem türkisfarbenem Wasser, Dusche am Strand, Strandbar vermietet Liegen u. Schirme (September 2025 für je 5 pro Tag), ruhiger, verschlafener Ort, für größere Einkäufe und Ausflüge Mietwagen empfehlenswert. Hinweis zum Inserat: der abgebildete Grill wurde durch einen Kugelgrill ersetzt, der angegebene Whirlpool ist eine Dusche mit verschiedenen EinstellungsmöglichkeitenGute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bei Synka in Kounoupidiana und in Chania (auch Lidl), Ausflug nach Chania und zu Fuß vom Haus aus zur Höhle im Berg (toller Ausblick über die ganze Bucht...) empfehlenswert

Abbiamo soggiornato a villa Nefeli e ci siamo trovati bene. La casa si presenta come dalle foto sul sito… forse i due bagni sono da rimodernare, ma complessivamente la casa è confortevole. Molto bello il giardino, dove ci hanno fatto compagnia 5 gattini molto simpatici. Grazie di tutto.
