The property has a completely fenced large garden all around, with cypresses and fruit trees with a gracious above ground swimming pool, completely fenced and rectangularly shaped, 4 metres by 3 and 1.2 m deep, ideal for relaxing and cooling down in the warm summer days. The house has a splendid shaded veranda, with table and chairs and portable barbecue for outdoor meals, and sunbeds. Parking inside the property.Interior
The house has been tastefully restored whilst maintaining typical elements of Tuscan tradition such as the typical wood beams on the ceilings and “mandolata” walls, and is on two floors plus basement. The main entrance is on the ground floor and leads to the living area with fireplace, satellite TV and single sofa bed with fully-equipped dining room/kitchen, and to a small bathroom. On the first floor guests will find a large double bedroom with original bed in the centre, a romantic fireplace and bathroom with shower. The basement boasts a private spa with Turkish bath, hydromassage, changing room, bathroom with shower.

Location
Fienile di Casavecchia is in a natural park with many animals including hares, wild goats, pheasants and wild boars, and paths which follow streams and rivers, whilst being close to Florence. It is the perfect place to relax away from the large city, with all the commodities of a luxurious villa.
