CASALE ASCIOLO

Beautiful views of Florence from above.
The apartment is well-maintained, clean, and fully equipped. The kitchen features an induction stove.
It's perfect for families with children, for whom we offer special rates.
We're finishing building our brand new pool, which will surely be ready next spring. You'll find the current photo on the website, but it will look even better once the work is complete.
A large garden with a table for outdoor dining is available.
Breakfast is included in the price. Additionally, upon request and at a price to be agreed upon, half-board is available, with a varied menu, often featuring locally sourced produce from our garden, all based on the most authentic Tuscan tradition.
We can also organize the following experiences upon request:
a) Guided tours of Florence.
b) Guided tours of Chianti and its wineries.
c) A seaside trip in southern Tuscany - a boat trip between Piombino and the island of Elba.
d) Fresh pasta making workshop
e) Educational gardening experiences for children
f) Olive harvest at the end of October

A nice stay in beautiful sourounding

It is a beautiful location, peacefull and close to Florence. Very nice hostel who like to help and arrange a lot. Suggestions for improvement are providing a water cooker/coffee machine in the kitchen

Ein wirklich toller Ort dort oben mit Blick über Florenz!Ein sehr authentisches schönes und gepflegtes Anwesen mit sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgebern! Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt, wenn es auch die Woche mit 43C extrem warm war. Der Pool musste leider rückgebaut werden, den haben wir sehr vermisst!Aber es ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt und das Frühstück war immer frisch und lecker! Wir können uns gut vorstellen erneut zu kommen, denn die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und die Region bietet wahnsinnig viel!!

Wat een heerlijke vakantie!

Wat een heerlijkheid! We verbleven met onze 2 jongste kinderen (14 en 17 jaar) 10 dagen in Case san Rolmelo. Vanuit de tuin kijk je op Florence. De foto's op de website is ook echt wat je krijgt! heerlijk ontbijt met geregeld eigen baksels van Barbara. Marco en Barbara waren heel erg hulpvaardig, en de communicatie vooraf was voortreffelijk!Tip: ga Florence niet met de eigen auto in (je wordt gek van de ZTL zones) vanuit Bagno a Ripoli ben je zo in het centrum van Florence.

Die Ferienwohnung ist ruhig gelegen und hat so wundervolle Gastgeber! Der Ausblick auf die Stadt ist traumhaft! Das Frühstück war immer sehr lecker und liebevoll ausgesucht, meist mit selbstgebackenem Kuchen. Der Pool war groß und immer sauber, der Garten wunderschön und sehr gepflegt mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen! Kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir verbrachten als Familie 12 Tage in dieser tollen, gut ausgestatteten und sauberen Ferienwohnung und können einen Aufenthalt uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Barbara ist eine sehr herzliche und bemühte Vermieterin, die uns tolle Ausflugstipps gegeben hat, immer ansprechbar war und den schönen gepflegten Garten mit dem großen Pool perfekt abgerundet hat. Der Blick auf Florenz ist einmalig schön. Zum 13. Geburtstag unseres Sohnes hat sie es sich nicht nehmen lassen, extra eine Wiener Sachertorte zu backen! Das ist fernab von Normal. Zum Frühstück gab es selbstgebackene Köstlichkeiten. Ganz herzlichen Dank nochmal an dieser Stelle!

Merveilleux sejour en Toscane

Nous avons passé 4 jours et 5 nuits dans cet appartement dans la propriété de Barbara et Marco, logement propre et fonctionnel, de super petits dejeuners copieux et variés, à 30 min de Florence dans la campagne, ideal pour visiter la region, très agréable de pouvoir se baigner dans la piscine après les visites de villes en plein été. Les hôtes étaient particulièrement agréables et notamment avec les enfants, discrets et accueillant. Nous recommandons ce lieu!

5-Sterne+ Empfehlung für Ruhesuchende e

Wir haben bereits zum zweiten Mal unseren Urlaub in diesem Paradies der Ruhe verbracht. Auch diesmal können wir ausschließlich positives berichten und wir haben uns direkt wieder wie zuhause gefühlt! Barbara und Marco sind unbeschreiblich tolle Gastgeber. Es ist alles sehr sauber, der Garten wunderschön, der Pool ein kleines Highlight, das Frühstück durch Barbaras Backkünste klasse! Wer seinen Urlaub abseits vom Trubel verbringen möchte, ist hier genau richtig! Unsere Kinder hätten die Unterkunft am liebsten gar nicht verlassen (Pool, Tiere, viel Platz zum Spielen, was will man mehr als Kind;-). Nach jedem Ausflug, z.B. ins sehr nahe gelegene, trubelige Florenz, haben wir uns wieder auf diese Oase gefreut! Ganz herzlichen Dank, liebe Barbara und lieber Marco, für die schöne Zeit!

Traumhafter Urlaub mit ausgesprochen liebenswürdigen Gastgebern

Der Aufenthalt bei Barbara und Marco war wunderschön. Wir kamen nach einer anstrengenden, staureichen Anfahrt sehr erschöpft an und Barbara hat uns liebenswert und sehr besorgt empfangen. Wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Dieses gute Gefühl hat sich während des ganzen Aufenthaltes erhalten und zum Schluss hatten wir das Gefühl, uns eher von Freunden als von bloßen Gastgebern zu verabschieden. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Frisch gebackenes Brot. Kuchen, Waffeln, Eierspeisen von den eigenen Hühnern, frisches Obst…. einfach jeden Tag ein toller Start in den Tag. Und dazu noch die wunderschöne Wohnung, Sonnenbaden am und Schwimmen im Pool, traumhafte Aussicht, auf die toskanischen Hügel und Florenz… Vielen Dank nochmal von zu Hause aus an Barbara und Marco.

Es war wunderschön

Barbara hat uns rundum verwöhnt. Wir hatten Probleme mit dem Fahrzeug und beherrschen die italienische Sprache nicht, sie hat uns so gut unterstützt mit der Übersetzung und der Kommunikation mit der 200 km entfernten Reparaturwerkstatt, dass wir den Urlaub in der ruhigen und sehr schönen Gegend trotzdem richtig genießen konnten.

Rêve de toscane !

Un véritable Havre de paix avec une vue splendide sur Florence. Barbara est une hôte exceptionnelle d une grande gentillesse et très bonne cuisinière. Les petits déjeuners sont divins dans cette salle à manger avec cette vue magnifique. Nous recommandons vivement cette location. Petite astuce : pour aller à Florence prendre la voiture jusqu'à bagno a Ripoli et ensuite prendre le bus 23. Vous arriverez au centre de la ville et tout est à côté. Un grand merci à Barbara et sa famille !!!
