La atención recibida por el personal, la proactividad y rapidez en las respuestas
Teníamos la reserva desde hace más de un año y tuvimos que cambiar el alojamiento un mes antes de viajar. El nuevo alojamiento era bueno, pero el original se adaptaba mejor a nuestras necesidades
