Large 55' Flat Screen TV in Family room and 50' flat screen TV in master bedroom. All Stainless Steel Appliances. Walking distance to health club and tennis courts. 7 miles to Beaches, Restaurants & Shopping. Just 10 minutes from the Long Island Railroad. Great Shopping at Tanger Mall just 20 minutes away. Must be over 32 years old to rent. No proms or weddings, Please. Why they chose this property

I bought the land (1.2 areas) about 30 years ago. then built two years later a home of my dreams. For many prior years, I was going out to the Hamptons and always renting different homes. I finally realized it was time to but my money into something of my own. I found through a realtor, who I worked with for many years, a beautiful dense wooded area of land, that I built my dream home.

What makes this property unique

What is special for me after living in Manhattan for many years, I finally found a place that there is place of total quiet except hearing birds chirping, and feeling very safe. And I rarely can see or hear my neighbors.
