The apartment was lovely and has fantastic views over the Mediterranean. Very peaceful area. The pool was lovely and quiet, its approximately 5 mins from the nearest beach which is lovely. We went to the Beach Bar / Restaurant and this was really nice. Not an extensive menu but enough which was really good. We also travelled out of the area to Porto Colom to the beach there Cala Mercat. This beach was lovely and sandy, the loungers were reasonable to hire and the bar on the beach makes banging cocktails. Overall a lovely stay, the only thing i should point out is that it could do with a lick of paint in places. I understand this is probably from the sea breeze eroding paint work outside, it was not a problem in the slightest. There can be a unpleasant smell from the drains, absolutely nothing to be worry about. It can get strong at time but if you open the doors then it soon dissipates. It isn't just a problem just thought i would mention it. It has been reflected in my 5* review. Kitchen well equipped with basic i.e. milk, sugar, coffee etc. If you want a totally relaxing stay in a lovely little part of Mallorca then come here you will have peace and relaxation. Die Lage des Apartments ist großartig! Von der hinteren Terrasse blickt man während des Frühstücks in der Morgensonne auf das offene Meer. Auf der kleinen vorderen Terrasse genießt man die Abendsonne und schaut auf die gepflegte grüne Anlage mit Pool. In 4 Minuten gelangt man über einen Weg an der Klippe zum kleinen ruhigen Strand, wo es auch ein Restaurant/Bar gibt. Im leckeren Restaurant ca'n Perelló ist man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Es gibt auch noch andere Restaurants im Ort. Ein Auto ist absolut notwendig in so einem ruhigen etwas abgelegenen Ort. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts, außer vielleicht an einem Abtropfbecken. Das Schlafzimmer mit Blick auf das Meer benötigt etwas Renovierung an der Außenwand. Die Matratzen waren sehr gut. Das lose Betthaupt aus Metall empfanden wir als ungünstig. Abdunkeln zum Schlafen ging gut. Wie in vielen Urlaubsunterkünften ist Stauraum für Kleidung etwas knapp, aber wir hatten das zweite Schlafzimmer als Stauraum. Auf der großen Terrasse gibt es einen Tisch und Stühle - einfach aber funktional. Schade, dass es keine Sonnenliege oder Ecksofa auf der Terrasse gab zum Chillen. Das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig, die Couch ist etwas klein und nicht so gemütlich zu zweit. Ein Problem war der Kanalisationsgeruch im Bad ohne Fenster. Wir mussten die gesamte Zeit querlüften. Da muss etwas abgedichtet werden. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr gut und schnell, sie waren kulant und haben uns etwas vom Preis erstattet.

Good place for vacation with an amazing view

Very pleasant apartment. The location is perfect: close to the beach and with a soectacular sea view. There is everything you need in the apartment and the owners are very attentive and responsive. The apartment is clean and there are lots of toys that the owners' children lend. Thank you very much to them! To improve : the ceiling above the shower would need to be repainted but this is not disturbing and except this point the bathroom is completely renovated. The residence has very pleasant garden and and a great swimming pool. In the morning, there is often no one there.

Appartement avec une vue sur le lever de soleil magnifique

On nous avait annoncé que Majorque serait compliqué l'été mais nous n'avons eu aucune difficulté à rouler en voiture, se garer, manger au restaurant...Bref c'était de vraies vacances. Nous sommes rentrés chez nous avec des souvenirs indélébiles. Juste après plus de 15 jours passés aux baléares nous serions bien restés encore quelques jours de plus. Merci.

A nice apartment with a marvelous view.

We stayed in the apartment for two weeks and had a great time there. The pool is right outside and the closest beach is just a couple of minutes away walking. Since we like to spend time outdoors we particularly like the two terraces. One with an amazing view over the Mediterranean Sea and one over the pool area. Because they were in different directions one always had some shade. Rafa Nadal Academy, where our kids went, is roughly 20 minutes away by car, as is Porto Cristo. We loved our stay in Roca Murada and will hopefully be able to come back one day.

Unbeatable stay

We absolutely loved the location. The views from the balcony are serene. And you can even see your co-travelers jumping in and snorkeling directly in front of the balcony if you are brave enough! The beach a couple of hundred yards to the left is our favourite - small, quiet, beautiful, and with a nice restaurant. I really hope we get to go back there sometime!

Traumhafte Lage

Wohnung sehr schön. Teilweise schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Perfekt organisiert. Insgesamt klare Empfehlung. Ein Balkon zum Meer. Im Eingangsbereich ebenfalls mit Sitzgelegenheit und Blick auf den Pool. So kann man der Sonne auch mal aus dem Weg gehen.

Apartamento con muy buena ubicacion.

El apartamento está muy bien situado con acceso a la playa caminando, una terraza preciosa y una piscina con zona ajardinada muy bien cuidada. Dispone de todos los electrodomésticos y menaje necesario. Nos gustaría comentar algunos puntos no tan agradables: La limpieza mal, la pintura se caía literalmente de techos y paredes. El wifi funcionó y dejó de funcionar, informamos a Maggie sin recibir solución. La comunicación con Maggie, nefasta, excepto en la entrada que pudimos entrar a las 14:00. Tuvimos un corte de agua durante 12h y no se preocupó de nuestra situación en ningún momento. La estancia en general ha sido agradable con un buen trato por parte del propietario Tanja y Sascha, pero pensamos que podrían mejorar muchas cosas. Atentamente. Andrés y Soledad.

Tolles Apartment

Uns hat der Urlaub sehr gut gefallen. Das Apartment ist sauber und wurde teilweise renoviert, teilweise ist es aber auch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Super schöne Ferienwohnung

Uns hat die Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage mit dem super Meeresblick ist wunderschön. Man ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß am schönen Strand von Cala Murada. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Erholung am Meer

Wir hatten zwei wundervolle Wochen in einem liebevoll eingerichteten Apartment in bester Lage am Meer. Die Morgen- und Abendstunden auf der Terrasse zu geniessen, während das Meer unmittelbar unterhalb wogt, hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Perfekt gelegenes Appartme

Alleine der große Balkon zum Meer und die Terrasse zum wunderschönen Garten, wären Grund genug für 5 Sterne. Sicher, die Seeluft greift Farbe und Metall an, es gibt Roststellen, Farbe blättert hier und dort ab. Und das die Handwerker die Toiletten praktisch direkt an die Mauern gezimmert haben muss man mit Humor nehmen, das ist kein Kritikpunkt. Aber der Platz, die Ausstattung, die Einrichtung waren perfekt. Wir duften sogar schon morgens einchecken, wer macht sowas ohne Aufpreis? Sehr gerne und ganz sicher bald wieder!

Ungepflegt und abgerockt

Nur sehr oberflächlich sauber (z.B. Schränke ewig nicht ausgewischt in der Küche, Staubfussel unter den Möbeln), WLAN kaputt, nach Anruf bei Verwalter keine Antwort oder Lösung, TV tat es auch nicht. Betten grausig, durchgelegen, (Füße verrostet!) ->1 Woche Rückenschmerzen, superalte Handtücher, Herd und Spülmaschine uralt, alle Geräte anstrengend laut. Ach ja, und die Farbe fiel (teils buchstäblich) von den Wänden. Der Blick aufs Meer war der Hammer, da 5m hohe Wellen, bis 15m hohe Gischt, leider konnten wir deswegen nicht 1x auf der Terrasse sitzen - kann die Bude nix dafür... ;-) 50€ / Nacht wären angemessen gewesen

Sympatische Ferienanlage

Schöne Terrasse über dem Meer. Elternschlafzimmer mit Fenster zum Meer und Zugang zur Terrasse. Einige persönliche Dinge der Vermieter (z.B. Familenbilder) könnte man entfernen. Zweite Dusche ist defekt. Sehr fusskalt! Extra Decken mussten angefragt werden.

Sehr ruhige Lage mit tollem Meerblick.

Schöne,saubere Wohnung. Gut eingerichtet, gute Küche und Badezimmer. Wundeschöner Balkon mit Meerblick. Auch der Pool war sehr gepflegt und sauber.
