Our Villa is located inside a quiet and beautiful complex, in the southeast of the island of Majorca and approximately 45 minutes away from the airport. The complex offer you 7 swimming pools, 2 of them for children, landscaped areas and a private parking lot.

At 500 meters of the complex, there is the well-known Marina of Cala D'Or. Only 5 minutes walking there are supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars.
At 400 meters, you will find the beach of Cala Egos with its crystalline waters. Cala Mondragó, the beautiful National Park is only at 15 minutes by car.
If you wish to do sports, there are tennis courts nearby, a wide range of water-sports in Cala Egos. Moreover, the golf course of La Val D’Or is at 10 minutes by car.

Our Villa offers a terrace with private garden and a roof terrace solarium with swimming pool view.
It is equipped with modern furniture and it consists of 2 double bedrooms, living/bedroom, 2 bathrooms and a lounge dining room with fitted kitchen on the ground floor.
The Villa has A/C and heating in the 2 bedrooms, living room and dining room. Also a Cealing fan in the 2 bedrooms

2 Bedrooms (one in the groundfloor and one in the first floor) with Queen bed of 150*200, fitted wardrobe and there is also space for a cot.
In the living room, upstairs there is a sofa Bed 140*190 and the possibility to add a single bed 90*190 if needed, area to work, Sat 43¨ TV and access to a balcony with a table and chairs with pool view.
Bed linens, bath and pool towels are provided.

​The complete and moderns bathrooms have a shower and washbasin.

Integrated fitted kitchen in the lounge dining room downstairs equipped with: microwave, stove, vitroceramic hob, toaster, coffee pot, coffee capsules, water kettle, juicer, sandwich toaster, complete set of dishes and cutlery, fridge with compact freezer and washing machine
The dining room has a comfortable sofa a dining table with chairs, Sat 43 " TV, (Spanish, English, German, Italian, French).

In the terrace there is a table with chairs, confortable sofa for relax, 3 hammocks, 2 garden chairs and a BBQ.
From the garden you can reach the pools and common areas.
