Cozy apartment, located on the first floor of a nice residential complex that boasts three large swimming pools and solarium. Well cared for, it has two bedrooms, one double and one single, a living area with a sofa bed and a functional kitchen with dishes. It has a private terrace with sea view, equipped with two deck chairs, table and chairs. The house is equipped with an oven, washing machine, LCD TV, hairdryer, iron, bathroom and bedroom textiles. Reserved parking space. Just 10 minutes from the sea.

Very close to the Playa La Arenita beach and the famous BAHIA Beach. Palm Mar is not far from the famous resorts of Los Cristianos, Playa de Las Americas and Costa Adeje. Only 15 minutes from Tenerife Sur airport
