Great property great location and super helpful owner

Great pool area, located right in the centre of los cristianos by the beach. Owner is a really helpful guy too. We will be back.

Die Kommunikation mit Valentino war sehr unkompliziert und geschah immer sehr schnell. Das Appartement ist sehr gut im Zentrum von los Cristianos gelegen. Tolle Poolanlage mit genügend Liegemöglichkeiten. Privatparkplatz in der Tiefgarage vorhanden. Einzig: das Bett nur 1.40m breit und die Abfallsammelstelle in näherer Umgebung, welche leider verhinderte mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen.Vielen Dank Valentino! Ein sehr toller Gastgeber.

El apartamento es sencillo pero muy cómodo, acorde con la buena relación calidad-precio. El propietario fue muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. En una ocasión tuvimos un problema con la lavadora y en menos de dos horas ya había un técnico arreglándola.Si viajas con niños, encontrarás una sombrilla, algunos juguetes y un cubo para jugar en la arena. La ubicación es muy céntrica, cerca de la playa, con muchos minimercados, restaurantes y bares alrededor, pero sin que se escuchen ruidos desde el apartamento.Fuimos sin coche y no lo echamos de menos, salvo para poder ir a un supermercado más grande, ya que la mayoría de los minimercados no venden carne ni pescado.

Lovely place to stay

Great place to stay, very close to beach, shop's and restaurants.. The apartment has everything you could need, great side view of the sea. Valentino was great, very quick at answering any questions you may have

Excellent Position

The property is in an excellent position for all amenities. Whilst we were there the hotel close by was having work done so it was very noisy during the day.

Het gebouw was mooi en de ligging goed en handig. Appartement mocht wat gezelliger ( vooralque verlichting) en het balkon hadden we verwacht met zeezicht. Dat viel wat tegen. App. kon wat schoner ( wastafel wasniet schoon en er lag veel stof. Openingstijd van zwembad was erg laat ( wij houden v.e ochtendduik) waardoor we er niets aan hebben gehad ( er speciaal hiervoor bij geboekt) of zwembadzicht,

Posizione tranquilla ma vicino ai servizi e alla vita di Tenerife Sud

Eravamo in 2, ci siamo trovati molto bene e l’appartamento era pulito e fornito dei servizi necessari riportati anche nell’annuncio. Il residence è frequentato da persone educate e si trova in una posizione tranquilla, cosa che ci ha permesso di dormire con le finestre aperte e goderci il sonno. Avere accesso a un parcheggio privato non è una cosa scontata nei periodi in cui Tenerife è molto visitata dai turisti e la posizione dell’appartamento è abbastanza strategica per poter raggiungere la parte più viva del sud anche camminando un po’ a piedi ed evitare così di dover prendere sempre la macchina per cercare parcheggio. Sotto al residence si trova il bar (Los Angeles) di un ragazzo italiano che ci ha permesso nei nostri giorni di permanenza di fare un buon apertivo/ una buona colazione

Appartamento situato in una zona centrale di los cristianos, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi per le spiaggie vicino, soprattutto per spostarsi con i mezzi. Ottimo il gestore che per ogni esigenza ha saputo aiutarci

Une semaine de vacances à la découverte de Tenerife

Vacances super réussie et première fois que je partais seul avec ma fille. C est elle qui a choisi l appartement et honnêtement nous n avons pas été déçu. Celui-ci était très confortable et ne manquait de rien, Clim, internet gratuit, terrasse, lave linge et tous les accessoires qui vont avec ;-) cad fer à repasser, pinces à linge, etc. Ce qui nous a permis de revenir chez nous avec une valise de linge propre ;-). Les communs sont hyper propres et nettoyés tous les jours. L arriére du bâtiment donne un accès direct à la piscine et à la plage. Donc pas besoin de se déplacer en voiture. L arrivée et le départ ce sont fait sans problème grâce à la gentillesse du propriétaire qui nous a entièrement fait confiance et nous a laissé la possibilité de quitter l appartement en pleine nuit car nous devions être à l aéroport à 3h du mat. Vacancee réussie sans mauvaise surprise. Je conseille vivement cette location

Everything was perfect! Close to the beach, quiet, bars / restaurants / shopping / supermarket in short walking distance. Wifi and TV with programs from many countries. Fantastic balcony and pool. Valentino is a very good host.

Ligging is super. Je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt dichtbij. Verschillende supermarkten, bus vervoer, taxi, verhuur van scootmobielen, ontbijttent, winkeltjes, zwembad en restaurants. Aan de boulevard zit, qua restaurants en winkeltjes wel veel van ongeveer hetzelfde. Loop je wat verder dan ook weer andere restaurants en winkeltjes. Het strand met ligbedden is wel wat verder lopen dan je in eerste instantie denkt. Het is een rustig gedeeldte van Tenerife. Wij zaten er in oktober, en toen zagen wij veel ouderen, en dus weinig overlast van dronken mensen 😉 Tip voor een restaurant Pa'lante! Wel van te voren reserveren 😊

Lovely apartment for 2 adults and a teenager. Functional, comfortable apartment with aircon. We enjoyed the quiet pool area where sun loungers always available! We had late check out at 4pm with no extra cost to us, thank you Valentino for this outstanding service. Will definitely return.

Très bon séjour à Los Christianos.

Appartement confortable très bien situé près de la promenade maritime. La possibilité de parking est très appréciable. La concierge est avenante. Très bonne expérience.
