Quelah Condo 106, Best Views of Lake Aspen, Air-Conditioned!

Quelah Condo 106 is an end-unit, single level condo located in the Quelah Condo Complex. Quelah Condo106 is situated front and center, and have the best unobstructed views of Lake Aspen and Mt. Bachelor. The Quelah Condos are centrally located off of Circle 3 and are very close to the Sunriver Horse Stables, the Marina, and the Holas' restaurant.
The master bedroom is well appointed with a king bed and mango wood furnishings. The second bedroom has a king bed and a single bed. The living room is beautifully furnished with leather and mango wood. New bathroom floors and showers stalls have been upgraded. The condo has wood flooring in the main room, kitchen, and living room area. Both bedrooms are carpeted.
Enjoy central air-conditioning, a gas fireplace, electric Jenn-air range, and a big Weber BBQ gas grill.
We have covered parking and a space for a second vehicle. No Pets and "No Smoking" please.
The complex has three private tennis and pickle ball courts, Jacuzzi, swimming pool, and a kid's pool.

We are repeat clients. Unit was very clean and well supplied with bath and kitchen items. We didn't use aquatic facilities due to rainy week. View from livingroom or deck is awesome. It is a 3 minute drive to week's worth of great restaurants if you're not cooking.

Absolutely loved our stay

We come to Sunriver every year and this is our new favorite place to stay. We really enjoyed the ease of access to the pool. We have a 3 year old and it made it very easy to quickly take her to the pool multiple times a day without any crowds.

We love staying here when we come to sunriver! We've been twice now and will absolutely be coming back. The location can't be beat, pool is fabulous, and the hosts were so communicative and easy to work with.

I have rented many places in sunriver and I have to say this place is one of the best. Great location, the owners have made sure that you have the things needed. Comfy beds, kitchen has everything you need, nice view of the lake just Al around great townhouse.

Lovely condo with amazing view

We loved our time in this condo. It was comfortable, well furnished, well appointed and clean. The view from the back bedroom and living room cannot be topped with Lake Aspen and Mt Bachelor in sight. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent place to stay with family or friends. Beautiful view of the lake. Close to the village. Wonderful pool.Pickleball court should not be listed as an amenity as the equipment required to use is not used for pickleball.

Great Condo in Ideal Setting/Location

This was an awesome place to stay for our visit to Sunriver. Very clean and comfortable, nicely furnished and appointed, well-equipped kitchen, etc. Nothing was lacking. Maybe the best feature was the deck with the serene and expansive view looking out to Lake Aspen and beyond. Ten-minute bike ride to the village, with other locations also easily accessible by bike.

Bees nest outside front entrance is a problem and should be removed. Unable to eat outside or use front patio. A can of bee spray is not enough.

Busy & Fun Vacation

The property was as depicted on the website. However, the cleanliness was less than desirable. Hair was found on bedroom chair, bathroom drawers, and pillows on couch in living room. An ear plug was found on the floor of the bedroom. It made for an unpleasant feeling about the cleanliness of the unit as a whole. Lysol was sprayed around and all utensils, dishes, pots/pans, glasses were washed before use.

Beautiful place. Everything we needed for a great week. Terrific view right out the 3-panel glass sliding doors in the living room - the lake and forest and deer and even enjoyed the walkers and bikers on the path going by. Two master bedrooms w en suite bathrooms was great for two couples and all furniture and appliances were quality and cared for. Will definitely look for this one when we return to Sunriver.

Best location in Sunriver

The view of the river off the back porch is phenomenal. I could have spent all day on that porch. It's a short walk to the nurture center/observatory and right on the bike path. The pool/hottub is within view of the front porch. Great place to stay.
