This cozy condo is just the place for your stay in Sunriver. Stocked with everything you will need and more. The home has a full kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. Living room is just off the kitchen with a new ceiling fan installed for your comfort. Large Samsung TV with Blu Ray. One of two patios is off the living room. Washer and dryers are near the kitchen with additional machines in the club house. There is also an enclosed patio with a BBQ for your use year round. Enjoy your ski days with just 20 minutes to Mt Bachelor for your summer and winter enjoyment. Several restaurants in the Sunriver Village & numerous shops.

The primary bedroom has a queen bed with your own TV. Full primary bathroom. The primary bedroom is located just off the living room.

The second bedroom has two twin beds with a TV. There are also games and puzzles for your use in the closet. Great for the kids for their own space. The owner has provided a Pak & Play with sheets for your use. There is a full bathroom next to the bedroom.

Just off the living room is one of two enclosed patios. The living room has a TV - Blu-ray player.

Just down the walking path is the condo's private heated pool (seasonal) and hot tub (year round), with beach towels provided. Just close enough for connivence and far away from any pool noise. Towering Ponderosa Pines keep this condo cool in the summer and beautiful year round.

Enjoy the provided bikes for your use to explore the over 40 miles of bike paths through out Sunriver and several miles of paths in Caldera.

Take advantage of all that Sunriver has to offer with being just steps away from the resort. Located just off Century Road in the Business Park. No road noise, just the beautiful Deschutes Forest in your back yard.

No smoking or vaping allowed in the home, or on property. No pets are allowed because of allergies. Condo pool opens Memorial weekend and closes September 30th. Hot Tub is open all winter.

Great weekend getaway

We stayed here for two nights while in the area to see a concert in Bend. The location is pretty and quiet, and the condo is modern, clean, and had everything that we needed. The pool and the hot tub are close, and we took advantage of those as well.

This complex is one of the last cost-effective places to stay in Sunriver, and this is definitely one of the better condos. This was our third stay here and we've been very happy each time.Plenty of family games, comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, on-site pool so you don't have to deal with the crowds at the SHARC. Easy access to Sunriver via the bike paths or by car. And the condo comes with a few bikes for guest use.One minor thing, a towel bar for a hand towel in the master bathroom would be nice. But otherwise no complaints at all, and we'll definitely consider staying here again next year.

We loved how clean and welcoming this condo was. There were games, a pack n play for the baby, and it was quiet. The owners were so accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Pics don't do it justice, it's a great place to stay!

Booked this for a ladies weekend away and it was just perfect, well stocked, clean, and a great location. Being a complex, we were grateful for how quiet it was. Only part we were a little bummed about was the pool not being open, the hot tub was which was nice - but very heavy on the chlorine. We would for sure stay here again!

Summertime visit

It was a good size for one or two adults, very well stocked kitchen and stayed amazingly cool without AC during some very hot weather! We were there for a family reunion so spent very little time in the condo and didn't use the hot tub. But it was a good value for the cost and gave us a nice respite from the big, noisy family gatherings!

This unit was absolutely wonderful! My husband and I stayed in the unit with my parent's and it worked out great. There is a bedroom and a bathroom on each side of the unit. This unit had everything!!! We loved riding the bikes that were provided each morning!! Will definitely book again!

My family of 4 (my husband, me & our 2 boys) stayed in this place for almost a week. We relly enjoied our time off. Unit is very tidy, nice and quiet. Swimming pool is clean and has excellent area for resting. Nearbay from the parking is nice bike roadway. Bikes that you provided are just excellent! Linen, towels, dishes, bathrooms are VERY CLEAN! Thank you, so much for your excellent service, hope we will come back next summer :) !

I planned this getaway last summer for this time. I was very pleasantly surprised how well kept/equipped this site was and thankful reservation was kept/honored without a cancellation from host as I paid in full Aug 2022. I was able to do all of my laundry before returning home. The condo was about 1.2 miles from the Village area so making it very convenient for walking or cycling. We brought our own bikes as we are a cycling family and have particular cycling needs. Bikes are available with condo.... exactly unsure which ones as there were many near front door with locks. If we needed we would have followed up. I loved how clean the site was. If we ever stay in Sunriver again I would definitely choose to stay again! Bottom floor unit with ease of coming and going. Received property notifications prior to arrival with door code/no need to check in/out with a person....overall great experience!

Outstanding property..exceeded descriptions.

Modern, clean, all needs provided as claimed. The only real issue...RUDE overhead tenants....stomping feet endlessly and children? 0laying trampoline, rough housing was rather annoying. All else was outstanding.
