4 bedroom detached house metres from Challaborough bay award winning blue flag beach opposite the iconic Burgh Island with its famous Art Deco Hotel. Exceptional high specification accommodation with Hypnos beds adorned with luxurious Hotel Collection Egyptian Cotton up to 800 thread count.

Master bedroom with ensuite shower room and family bathroom with bath and shower over.

Beautifully lit contemporary lounge with white furnishings and 65" TV with Bluetooth soundbar for music and entertainment.

Large contemporary white kitchen with smeg appliances. Dining table with eight chairs.

Decked patio terrace for al fresco dining with dining table (seats 8) and brand new luxury hot tub with bluetooth and hydro therapy jets.

Fabulous roof garden with astro turf and sun loungers for round the clock sunshine, perfect for sunbathing with views of Devon's beautiful rolling hills.

Three kingsize bedrooms and one twin room with zip together beds if a fourth king room is preferred. The master has an en-suite shower room. Each bedroom has hanging and drawer space. Remote controlled blinds/hand operated are available in each bedroom.

The lounge is bathed in natural light with floor to ceiling windows and boasts electronic blinds, a 65" Sony Television and bluetooth soundbar. Luxury white leather sofa and furnishings. Hand blown luxury lighting.

The private gate to the beach contains this exclusive development of twelve detached houses and has an external shower plus parking for up to four cars in the driveway.

The beaches are award winning blue flag seas with Discovery Surf School located at Bigbury for all of your surf, bodyboarding, kayaking and wetsuit hire. Lessons can also be booked. All three nearby beaches cater for watersports such as surfing, kite-surfing, body-boarding, kayaking or just lazy days relaxing on sandy sun drenched beaches.

Had a fantastic week in an amazing property in a fabulous location! House is as described and more! Me and my family had a fantastic time! A stones throw from a beautiful beach with lots to to keep the kids off all ages busy! Fantastic walks too! Just lovely! Would recommend!

Light and airy house in a fabulous location with lovely sun terrace and hot tub.

We had a wonderful week, the house is in an ideal location near the coastal path and a minutes stroll to the beach. We loved sitting in the hot tub in the evening after playing in the waves and eating on the sun terrace. The house is very comfortable and we were greeted with a lovely welcome pack on arrival which was much appreciated after a long journey.

Really excellent stay

We stayed at 9 Beachdown as a group of 6 friends. The property was perfect for what we were looking for and offers excellent, modern accommodation. It is clean and tidy and has fantastic facilities such as the hot tub.

Two weeks in Devon

Lovely new property. My personal problem was when the weather was poor and we were inside, there is only one very large kitchen/living room so as a grandparent the only privacy I could get was my bedroom and the large patio windows fronted the access road.
