ARISTOVASCIO - Luxurious TOTO Apartment

The house, recently renovated, is on two levels communicating with each other through a marble staircase. The first level, that of the courtyard, includes a large corridor which leads to the service bathroom and then into a large living area that houses a fitted kitchen, a glass table, a comfortable sofa bed for two people and an equipped wall with bookcase and satellite TV.

This area of the apartment is characterized by two pleasant windows that start from the ground and allow you to observe the life of the alley and the plants placed on the windowsill, while comfortably seated.

A marble staircase with chromed steel balustrades leads us down to the cozy sleeping area, where two large bedrooms with mirrored cabinets, L. C.D. and comfortable armchairs.

The rooms have wrought iron fixtures overlooking the alley and flower boxes adorned with Mediterranean plants and flowers. The lower floor is served by two large marble bathrooms with shower plate, laundry and storage room.

Comfortable and convenient

This apartment has recently been renovated and is in very good condition. Being on the ground floor means no lugging heavy suitcases up stairs, but the apartment is split-level so there are some internal stairs. The owners have made sure to provide all the things you'll need, and the property is just a 5 minute walk from a supermarket. It is also only a very short walk to via Toledo for restaurants and shopping, as well as being close to the departure points for ferries to Portofino and Capri. It's a 20 minute walk to the railway station, so we used taxis on arrival and departutre. Contact with management was easy and professional.

Beautiful, clean apt!

This property was spacious, clean and centrally located. We had a very pleasant stay. The host was very responsive and helpful. Overall, a fantastic experience!!

Good Spot

This location was pretty close to everything- a couple banks, nice pizza spots, lovely cafes and the castle nuovo. I always felt safe walking around by myself. The manager, Anna, was always quick to respond. The apartment is spacious and well lit. It’s a basement apartment so you won’t get much natural light. Other than that, this place is a good spot.

This is a beautiful apartment. Clean, spacious, and even better than advertised. The apartment seems bright with the color schemes. The bedrooms are located downstairs. We found them to be private and comfortable. The apartment is located through a courtyard, so it gives a sense of privacy. There are several restaurants and grocery stores with in easy walking distance. The hosts made check in very simple by providing clear directions along with photos. The hosts were quick to respond and also provided us with some excellent dining recommendations. We would definitely stay here again!
